This is all very cool and I am very excited, but I can't help but notice that the proposal website has many mentions of other parks. I really hope this doesn't mean that most of it will be cloned. Give me something new and exciting!

To be honest, however, I would be very displeased if this new park/park expansion is entirely IP lands. I want something original.

It's interesting how the DCA expansion looks like none of the inspirations mentioned for the DCA side (Tron, Zootopia, Toy Story Land). Look at all those bodies of water!

Good sign of it not being 100% cloned (assuming this concept art is for anything more than trying to sell people on getting Anaheim to approve a new parking structure).

In my au, Hulk’s eastern expansion happens with the downscale of the monorail and the addition of the DLRPM, Radiator Springs is set in California’s Mojave region of the Carsverse, DCA doesn’t get Pixar Pier or Avengers Campus, Imagineerland’s Downtown Disneyland redo also happens, and Disneyland’s eastern side would have a major touch up. Main Street also has a side street like Ideal Buildout did with Liberty Square and International Street. DCA’s eastern half also gets an old romanticized Los Angeles redo (again) like Ideal Buildout’s old map (sans Rocketeer and Bulldog Cafe as both are present in Sky)
and Alta Pueblo (Pioneer Field would get a omnimover trekking through the Chilean Andes). A railroad also comes to DCA, with stops at Buena Vista Street (new entrance partly inspired by the defunct San Bernardino Depot), Alta Pueblo (modeled in the Mission style) and Paradise Pier (based on arcade stations like this one:
