Potentially game-changing Disneyland development. The Astro Orbiter has been removed from Tomorrowland!

Now of course, being a flat ride they could easily just be moving it out to refurb it and then moving it back in, but my god I have to hope this is a permanent change. Never have I been so happy to see the removal of an attraction. Anyone who's been to Disneyland and experienced the nightmare of a bottleneck this thing creates right at the entrance to Tomorrowland knows why. Fingers crossed!

Also please post in one of the disneyland threads or the tomorrowland threads if you haven't already! This is big news! Maybe even deserving of it's own thread!

It's up there with The Room, just with an A list cast and a cameraman and director who know what they're doing.

The original Saturn World list featured various songs from various artists that made up the 90s tomorrowland music loop, the wonders of life loop, and chuck e cheese's loop. It was extremely long (lasted an entire day) and was quite boring. The new list is a lot shorter and contains the best of the Saturn World list as well as four new songs.
These songs are
Oxygene part 4
Solving a Dream
Whatever works
and
Concentrations.

Saturn World was so long because my idea was the land was going to change throughout the day.
Morning is when the evil Saturn Corp. takes over. All the rides are chaotic.
Afternoon is their reign.
Night time is when they get kicked out, not because they are evil rulers, but because they are a cookie company. Aliens like big businesses, but don't like cookies apparently.

One day these ideas will be utilized. But you will have to wait for the three years of Twilight celebration to see how. ;)
EDIT: PS the actual thing is not going to be called 3 years of Twilight celebration. It's going to be a very unique competition. But that's all I'm gonna say.

It's an absolutely INSANE Matthew McConaughey movie that's legitimately risen to become one of my top five favorite "so bad it's good" movies I've ever seen. It has a plot twist that completely comes out of nowhere and is ridiculous in its failed ambition, but even before that it's SO MUCH FUN with cheesy terrible lines and sweaty McConaughey screaming into the sky at every turn. Memorable highlights include McConaughey musing that he's "a ho*ker who can't afford hooks" and him stripping butt naked in the middle of a conversation and going to take a "shower" that consists of him jumping off a cliff into a lagoon. It's a movie that needs to be seen to be believed.
