Well that’s just disappointing.
There are rides planned.. The question is more along the lines of will it be funded. There is alot of money shuffling going around. ALOT. I might be able to pull some details, my family friend just found out he is being sent to Epcot, after finishing up work on designing parts of Shanghai so perhaps that is a sign of things to come.
Though I should say his specialty is not Ride design.

I don’t mind if you’re nearly a day late in replying, but could you explain your reason for Equatorial Africa?
Never officially announced, but I also really want Greece and Korea pavilions to show up someday.
Well I guess that answers today’s main imagineering question.

I probably shouldn't have liked this but I took Greek for 4 semesters. καλή μέρα
Greek is such a facinating langauge. I use to be fluent in Ancient Greek (Which is more different than people would think). I had 7 or 8 semesters of Ancient Greece, including a semester of translating Plato and a semester translating the bible. Good times, I miss working with the language, but I forgot most of it.

I'm probably going to have to take Spanish soon -- in retrospect I probably should have taken that but Greek was fascinating to me and the professor was so nice...it was a small class of 8 of us and at the end of the semester she'd take us to a Greek restaurant...one year we saw Amy Adams in there haha

Spanish is an okay language, though I never had an interest on it. You can probably figure out what language I'm currently learning.

MA's Question of the Day

I recall reading somewhere that the Grand Floridian was Disney's attempt to bring a 5-star hotel to its' portfolio amongst the moderate-in-comparison Polynesian and Contemporary. But, it appeared to fall short amongst reviewers, for reasons I cannot wrap my head around, considering all in has to offer. It has settled as a AAA Four Diamond award-winner and gone without an accolade from Forbes, and that's a bummer in my opinion. What would you bring to or change about the Grand Floridian to elevate to a 5-star resort? Otherwise, for those who have stayed here, what do you feel could be holding it back from being a true 5-star?
I would give it a fantastic natural view.

Main Imagineering Question of the Day: What countries would you like to see at World Showcase and why?

Greece. Even though I think it would never happen, a pavilion that is the Acropolis, or Mount Olympus, or both, would be beautiful.

Bonus Question: If you were to give your pavilion(s) an attraction, what would it be?
A Hercules Stage Show. Hercules is my personal favourite Disney film and it has a great soundtrack. But it gets no love in the parks. I think it would be the perfect film, and show, for the World Showcase.
