AND...
I had a great, short time in WDW! But, it's back to business. But, I figured I would share some things that I noticed or my opinions on different experiences.
BAH Demolition - It's really coming along nicely, but it's really an eyesore in this stage. But, it's gotta look like this at some point, right?
R'n'RC and ToT - Look as great as ever!
Festival of Fantasy Parade - One of my favorites this trip, it's truly a great parade
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train - This ride... It was down early in the morning and was having "technical issues" the entire day. It finally got up and running by 5:30, but we had reservations for dinner. So, we ended up riding in between dinner and Wishes. The queue was really nice and the interactivity was a cool touch. But the ride: People were saying how this ride wasn't great. And I disagree, I think that it's great for what it is. A kid's coaster. IMO, the problem came about when Disney hyped up the ride and people's high-expectations were destroyed. I actually really liked the ride, because I went in with low-expectations.
Splash Mountain - The ride is in INCREDIBLE condition. I've never seen it look better!
MyMagic+ - Alright... This one is just, ok. I really like the Magic Bands, it's a great concept that I found really helpful. On the other hand, the Fastpass+ side of MyMagic+ wasn't to great IMO. The old system was truly a lot simpler and the newer version of Fastpass really prevents spontaneity. I'm just not sure how I feel about the new system, but I'm sure I'll warm up to it.
Anyways, I had a great time, but it's great to be back.
