Eh, maybe. To me it just seemed general like it was for all votes
This is the reason why I think we have different ones for each challenge...
Friday, February 13: It's the due date for the next challenge, so MA will write up the critiques and decide on a winner. Then, he'll organize Imagineer's Council and ask members of the losing tribe who they would like to vote out.

  • Dream Figment sounds like a great idea, but he isn't mentioned a lot until the Nightmare scene. Does he follow guys through the experience?

  • I didn't include much Figment in this attraction because frankly I don't feel comfortable writing for him not being that familar with this pavilion. Also because I felt like it'd be a better experience if everything we saw spoke for itself and was left to the (Spongebob) Imagination! My idea was for Figment to provide sort of book-ends to the overall experience. You'd see him in the queue setting up the story and in the final scene to bring things back to a ligher tone. I kind of regret not including more hints of "Nightmare Figment", because I do really like the concept behind it.
  • Your ride vehicle doesn't seem very safe, just based on what was discussed. I wish there was more elaboration, but it seems like a great concept.
Totally see where you're coming from here. Honestly it probably would have taken an entire project to to fully flesh out the concepts and technology I wanted to explore here.
  • Playing around with Epcot for the beginning is an idea I find logical; I'm confused about the city block, it just doesn't seem to fit.
Just so you know where my mind was at, the "city block" was my homage to Inception :)
  • The escape scene kind of lacks content, I wish there was more things, for a lack of better words, "imaginative".
Definitely agree, I could never really get a handle on what to do with the flying scene other than the actual concept of "hey, were flyyying" ;)
  • I was hoping for a grander finale that packed an extra punch, but it wasn't there.
You see... I kind of designed flying through the center of the glass Spaceship Earth as the ultimate "head-chopper" roller coaster element. I don't believe there's ever been a roller coaster that went through a clear glass tunnel before so I got really into that idea as a way to pack a true bit of itensity into the finale. To be fair...That's definitely more of a general roller coaster design element than an overall "Imagineering" element so I see why you had a problem with that being the last punch of the experience.

Is that why I had so many votes for me? :jawdrop:
I was told by every member in the group that they would vote you off, and then 2 group members who I will not name voted for me, even though they said they would vote you. I honestly don't care that they voted me off, I just don't understand why they would have said yes that they would do it, and then turn around and stab me in the back. Just ignore it and move on...

For the record, I joined college Dems my freshman year and, while all who know me on here know which way I lean politically, the group on my campus no longer accurately portrays my viewpoints.
