The One Day Magic Kingdom Challenge!

Ive done all 4 theme parks in a day, a couple of times. And I think it wouldnt be too difficult to do every MK attraction/ride in a day, even during peak times. If you have more than 1 person in your party and say you are traveling with a pretty large group, and only you are trying the challenge, then have them fastpass every fastpass ride in the park and give you the fastpasses and you get there early enough, then I think its possible. But thats only if you have more people in your party.

A while ago, allearsnet had a four parks in one day challenge. The challenge was to ride 3 major attractions in each park and have at least 2 meals in different parks. I did:

AK: Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids, Dinosaur
DHS: Rock n Roller Coaster, Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror, sandwich at Starring Rolls
Epcot: Mission Space, Test Track, Gran Fiesta Tour, salad at Sunshine Seasons
MK: Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Wishes

I only woke up at 10 that day, I had to rely on Disney transportation, and I took a break at my hotel during the day, so the challenge took me 11 hours and 30 minutes from beginning to end. An all MK in one day challenge would be pretty interesting.

Thursday, June 12, 2008 - I did every attraction in Epcot in 11 hours and 10 minutes. Although, to be honest, I didn't really get the idea to do all of them until I had about 5 left, so if I had started from the beginning of the day with that goal, I probably could have done it faster.

That was also the day I missed out on Dream Fastpasses twice...by a combined time of less than 15 seconds. Ouch.

I STILL have not done all four parks in a day. I've done three plenty of times, but never all four. I think it would make the challenge a little more difficult if you had to ride an e-ticket attraction in each park in the same day.

Then add the two water parks together. THAT is a challenge.

Before I left Florida a few days ago, I did end up catching RoE and Fantasmic! in the same night.
I did three parks in one day once... probably could have hit all four. But granted it isn't a "quality" experience... it was just something I did to hit the "biggies" on the last day of my vacation.

I hit AK for Everest, then the Studios for RnRC and Tower, then EPCOT for the rest of the day, including EMH. There would have been plenty of time for a couple of MK biggies in there.

I have never explicitly done one of the challenges, bu I know I could. It is very common for me to do atleast 3 parks in a day. Normally I start my day at the park with Morning EMH, around 11 I hop over to either Epcot or DHS depending on who is hosting EMH that day, around 5 or 6 I hop over to the park hosting Evening EMH. I ride a ton of rides too, so I don't think it would be hard at all for me to do it.

check out one of Mike Scopa's blogs on AllEars...he laid out an 'official' challenge for all 4 parks in one-day with 'rules'

I did all the MK attractions in one day my last visit without too much trouble. Although I guess it helped that I had a Dream Fastpass... :animwink:

If you go on the off-season and arrive at Magic Kingdom at opening you can easily hit all the major attractions in the morning then go back around and finish off all the small ones.

I have done every big thrill ride OUTSIDE of Magic Kingdom in one day though....

-Soarin'
-Test Track
-Mission: SPACE
-Dinosaur
-Expedition Everest
-Tower of Terror
-Rock N Roller Coaster

I didn't even plan to do that too.

My sister and I did the Magic Kingdom challenge once. We hit every attraction except Goofy's Barnstormer and Hall of Presidents. We did it on a Saturday in early May. The key is to be there right at rope drop. We went to Fantasyland first, then Tomorrowland, Liberty Square, Frontierland and finished up with Adventureland. We've also done the 4 parks in one day challenge. It's fun coming up with challenges to do.

Sorry I am on vacation.... never all attractions in one day or 4 parks in 1 day. While I can sort of understand all the attraction in a day at MK if I were a local...... but both challenges still seem crazy !!!
