Well even if he's in a body suit with a painted face it still looks incredibly tacky. It makes the show look tacky... Also see my comments on jafar...

Just to toss my hat in the ring...I like the make-up. It is very broadwayish. It shouldn't be just like the movie because if it were, no would would watch it. It is very artistic what they did with make-up for the show. it's kinda like what they did with Lion King but on a smaller scale.

You know, for the past 5 years, I heard about a live action movie that is being filmed, but it just disappeared out of thin air. Perhaps Disney takes advantage of this opportunity, so that this version of Alice will have to wait some more...

OK, what is that creature in the top right that resembles the Carnosaurus? Jabberwocky?

Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland is already in post production and is coming out in spring 2010. This AiW is super creepy and not Disney at all... oh god, the nightmares....

Not sure what that thing is.... Tweedle Dum?? (kidding :ROFLOL:)

I don't think thats the Jabberwocky. In the game he is tall and lanky with alot of steampunk parts. I think that is just one of the random creatures you encounter in the game.

Alice is one of my favorite PC games and I look foward to the sequel (hope they don't blow it).

Tim Burton's Alice seems like a wannabe version of this game. I also recommend checking out the Looking Glass Wars novels.

I doubt the movie will be dark and violent like American Mcgee's game. Knowing, TB, it will have some dark parts, but defiantly not as dark as the game...

Also, with the sequel coming out, they should rerelease AMA for Xbox Live Arcade, like what they did with BK when Nuts and Bolts came out.

Agreed they will take it to the level they took POTC but no further.

Burton's movie will be faux dark with too much emphasis on johnny depp's Hatter and his own wife hellen carter instead of the main charecter alice

Like so many other directors from the 80s (Lucas, Spielbergo, etc.) this guy has lost his touch.

How about something radical... leave Snow White and actually ADD another C ticket dark ride.

It might just work....
Aha! Thank you.:D I would miss SWSA way too much if it was gone. I have great (and horrible as a kid!) memories from there.:lookaroun

Hopefully adding is in the plans, yes?;)

As much as I'd like to have an immersive re-theme of the Barnstormer, I highly doubt the Suits will use a whole lot of money to re-theme that ride. I mean how long is the ride? 30 seconds? (Not counting lift-hill) I think they'd rather spend their money towards other things.

So I'd assume if they do re-theme the ride, the theming would be along the lines of Primeval Whirl. Or am I way off on my thinking?

I have a feeling it will be amazing. Either way I love all the AiW characters!

It's being rethemed as a Chesire cat ride

Do you know that for a fact or is that speculation from the plans.

Because "Chesire" cat is spelled Cheshire and it doesn't appear on the plans as having enough letters.

I've been trying to figure out WHAT that says.

Surely Disney knows how to spell!

I have to agree with earlier poster, looks like "Cheese"?
Could it be a reference to a mouse coaster? Not just any mouse..
