I believe you can watch the remakes on Hulu, but as for the original PotA movies I believe they are locked up on HBO Max in the US where a lot of Fox content is until the contract expire.

As for the rest, only time will tell what Disney does in the US after 2024.
So the original movies actually left HBO Max yesterday. I watched them because I’d heard they were leaving, and might I add, they were interesting! Some were better than others, but without spoiling anything, I’ll just say I thought the series progressed well and they made bold decisions with characters that movie studios today would never do. The ending of one of them had me in shock, the next one had me in tears. I’d really recommend people watch them despite the terribly inconvenient timing of me saying this.

And yeah I actually found the remakes just before reading your reply. On Hulu you need live TV, but that did lead me to go to FXNOW and sign in with my cable provider, and I’m about to watch Rise. Yay cable!

So the Mystery of the changed Main Street Station announcement continues to be a mystery. Family and I decided to board the train on Main Street on to my surprise I find 6 Train Station employees just standing there inside chatting. I politely ask if they may know why the announcement changed to the old one with a Frontierland spiel one CM responds saying it’s always been that way. When I say no it actually used to say New Orleans before the closure there was an awkward silence and they looked me like I was some defiant weirdo. I guess they re so used to do dealing with “passholes” they immediately box you in when you ask those kind of questions. Just a very awkward exchange.

What’s the weirder is at the NOS Station is playing the correct spiel. I honestly think they just turned on the wrong train station announcement at the Main Street station and not a soul has noticed for the past 8 months.

EDIT: I just realized the only reason the NOS station announcement is correct is because it’s technically the Frontierland station so we re not hearing it during the announcement. It was still an older recording than the ones we had before the pandemic shutdown. Didn’t get to the other stations as they forced us to get off at Toontown as another train up ahead was having issues.

Finally sat down to check out Book of Boba Fett. I didn't even make it through the entire first episode. Oh well....
It's definitely different tonally from Mandalorian. I've seen all the episodes now and they have been hit and miss. Last week's episode was great though.

If you can make it through the first couple episodes of exposition it starts to get interesting. Once you get to Ep3 and beyond it starts to speed up, at least in my opinion.

The mystery behind the Mandalorian and his unique personality, plus Grogu and the bond between them, plus the way each episode feels like a full adventure, really makes it stand head and shoulders above the Book of Boba Fett, in my opinion. I wish this show had its own tone but to me it just feels like the Mandolorian without everything that makes that series great. I’m still enjoying it but I had higher hopes.

It’s really head scratching too since it seems to be a lot of the same people behind the scenes in charge of both. I just don’t get why Boba’s story (a character we’ve known since Empire), is so tedious.

For me, I think it just shows the true appeal of Grogu.

Alright shut up everybody, Disneyland has gotten some very good news! 🙂

Oh my goodness guys, one of Disney's most underrated protagonists/couple has returned to Disneyland after 23 years!

It's Miss Bianca and Beranrd from The Rescuers and it's sequel The Rescuers Down under. Bianca is one of Disney's most overlooked Disney heroines. I can't stop smiling you guys! 🥰 These two hadn't been seen at Disneyland since "Disneyland Parade of the Stars" way back in 2000.

They appeared at New Orleans Square for the Disneyland After Dark event "Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts' Night".
