The Walrus from Alice in Wonderland still exists at the Disney Parks, but is currently at Disneyland Paris and makes very rare appearances.Thought I’d share some old Disneyland pictures of my grandparents and Grandpas brother and family. My second cousin shared these with me today…
Also who knew the Walrus was a walk around character? That’s my grandpa kissing the walrus and my grandma (my only living grandparent) next to him.

Nightmare Before Christmas songs that play during the ride:
1. Boarding Area/Corridor of Doors - Kidnap the Sandy Claws
2. Seance - Making Christmas
3. Ballroom - Kidnap the Sandy Claws/Making Christmas
4. Attic - What's This
The ghosts in the graveyard say the words "Whats This", at one point if I recall.I just watched a ride through the other day though and did not hear “Whats This” in the Graveyard. Sounds like a mashup of “Grim Grinning Ghosts” and “Jingle Bells.”

My daughter has watched a lot of the old movies and really likes them. She watched this last year and did not like it at all. The second half creeped her out. I thought it was ok, but I understand why you bailed. It started out fun, and then got a weird at about the half-way mark.Tonight I tried to watch Disney's Muppets Haunted Mansion on Disney+ for some seasonal reason or other. I've bailed a little over half-way through. While there were a few fun moments, I don't think Disney understands this franchise they bought at all.
I enjoyed the Muppets in their heyday, and maybe it's because I'm officially old now, but nothing Disney has done with the franchise since purchase seems authentic.
I didn't spoil myself before I went and I'm so happy I didn't (the only thing I knew was coming was the revolving simulator). And the reception of the ride is deserved. There are definite quibbles about whether or not the ride/land fit Disneyland at all, but the ride itself isn't the problem. It just maybe should have been built at DCA instead.I’ve taken a bunch of first timers on ROTR and every single time they are blown away. This last trip it was a few of my local cousins in addition to our tourist family/friends and they all agreed it was their favorite ride of the day. And this was on a day where we went on pretty every single E ticket resort wide. It’s no wonder it’s been climbing up the ranks for me as it’s a lot of fun seeing peoples reactions. Seems that anyone who goes into it without knowing anything thinks it’s amazing. It’s only people like us who felt a little let down because of the massive expectations.

It's genuinely groundbreaking in a way that nothing in Disneyland (or the US parks more generally) has been in a long time, and if nothing else, that was wonderful to see and experience.
I agree and whatever the Avenger's Multiverse ride turns out to be, this is the level of ambition that it must aspire to. Arguably Marvel, as an intellectual property, deserves such care but even more than that California Adventure needs a ride that can considered truly unmissable....the reception of the ride is deserved.
