That's a really interesting idea actually, I think we could get to a point where that's a reality relatively soon. It would probably start out as a sort of proprietary thing like a Yaw camera / camera module just for a Yaw program and eventually it could lead to a universal system of cameras detecting movement data and translating it to some sort of data that other programs can interpret.

I suppose a motion control camera rig could do this today but it wouldn't be something you could just take on a ride with you.

I'm not sure what happen to the Disneyland Merchandise thread.

Galaxy's Edge merch will be sold at Target.

The Black Series Hondo, Captain Cardinal, Mountain Trooper will be individually boxed and sold for $24.99. Not sure why they cost more than all the other figures at $19.99.

Smuggler's Run Millennium Falcon - $399. Now you can do a Target Run for a Smuggler's Run. Way over priced. Guaranteed shelf warmer. This thing was $170 12 years ago and $250 a few years after that. Why does the price keep going up? I'll wait for the $80 clearance version.

Build a droid R2-D2, D-O, Chopper - $14.99 each. New higher price for possibility old figures. Who would pay $15 for D-O?

Plush Creatures - TaunTaun, Wampa, etc - $12.99. Cheaper than in the park.

In other news Trader Joe’s will be getting rid of some of their light hearted packaging for some of their ethnic food items like “Trader Jose’s, Trader Mings and Trader Giotto’s” because it “exoticizes” those names/ countries while making Trader Joe the default character. All because a High school senior wrote a paper and got 2,000 signatures on a petition.

Does this mean other brands that sell white washed ethnic foods with corresponding names will be changing their branding too? Trader Joe’s tortillas almost taste homemade as far as store bought goes. I would say they’ve earned a different name

I read an article about this and it reminded me of some of the vehemently opinionated and activist phases I saw friends go through when we were teenagers. Before this week it was hard to imagine anyone taking them seriously.
