You can add Goofy and Guardians for DCA and Falcon and the Monorail for DL. Honorable mention to the subs which have stairs in the vehicles themselves.

I believe he was talking about exit stairs where you climb up. Niche I know haha. Nemo is a good one that should count. I thought about Goofy but I think you only go down stairs right at the exit or is there a short flight up and then you go down? If the former, Goofys counts. Gaurdians you only go down at the exit as well as Monorail and Falcon.

So if I’m not mistaken we re at 5-5

USF has it the worst, let’s first take you on a simulated elevator to go miles underground only to deposit you in a room where you must climb up 2 flights of stairs.
I do like the Gringott’s ride, but the stair thing is truly annoying. The only stairs in Florida I dislike more are the long downward exit stairs for Cosmic Rewind. Yeah, that’s what I wanna be staring down after getting off a spinning coaster. 😄

MB usage has improved since last year.

I bought one while I was here because at the time, you couldn't link WDW MB+s to DL. I had it designated as my DL MB. Whelp, I put it in a safe place and forgot where that safe place was. But I grabbed my 50th band and lo and behold, now you can link them.

Entry takes less time with MBs now, and it's nice to be able to tap and go with LLs. I hate having to scan in with my phone for LLs. Especially if I have to wait behind other people. I just weave around them, tap, and go.

But so many people here have no clue what a MB is, and I explain that I use mine primarily at WDW and how integral to the experience it is there, but I like having it here for convenience. I still wish it had more functionality (like automatically linking photos from rides to your phone). I can see why locals wouldn't buy them and would view them as kind of gimmicky.
Agree! Sort-of. 🤣 When it came time to spend even more money for my WDW trip, I opted out of buying MBs for the family. We chose to use a card on a lanyard instead. Functionally, it was the same as a magic band, but it was free (I already had lanyards from various conferences). Anyway, like you said, this is FAR SUPERIOR to pulling out my phone for every LL or the entrance gates. I really liked the functionality of just tapping under the photo to get ride photos also. So much nicer.

Speaking of entry into parks.... Disneyland needs to UP ITS GAME AT SECURITY! I know that's a topic we've talked to death around here, but it was so apparent to us when we didn't have to wait AT ALL in WDW to enter the parks.

I'm sure you saw my complaint post about this later. 🤣 It generally takes me five seconds to get through security at WDW. DL security drives me insane.

MBs you can grab online if you really want them. I go to the sales section of Disney Store when they're running a promo because the discounts stack. So you'll have a band that's already on sale and then get even more off. I have a Dumbo one that I paid $25 for. I buy them because I'm in WDW like twice a year, so I get a ton of use out of them.

This strategy works really well for other merch too. I've got some DL Starbucks tumblers that run $40 in the parks that I paid $16 for. November tends to be their best sales month.

Also posted today. A lot of standard modern day PR (all very pleasant) regarding Dark Universe, but with some very cool details revealed along the way.

My favorite involved more info about Curse of the Werewolf and its simple-but-fun storyline.
The story has you attacked by werewolves and becoming a werewolf yourself (maybe this happens in the covered bridge swing launch section?) In the finale bit you rush along the ground with the sounds of snarling, howling werewolves running alongside through the trees.

Favorite developer comment: “Every minute, we’re making 20 fresh werewolves.”

RIP Teri Garr! I just rewatched After Hours a few nights ago and was chatting with a friend about how Garr was in so many 70s/80s classics.

What was her connection to Disney?
Disney owns 20th Century now, which means all her classic movies like Young Frankenstein are now part of the Disney catalog.

Plus the original concept for ToT was to be a Young Frankenstein themed attraction.

You can take the elevator; no one's stopping you. 😂

I am so VISCERALLY excited for this park to open. I know we won't be able to go next year, but I'm counting the days anyway. From the outside, it sure looks like they are making all the right decisions. Let's hope they don't fall down with the park operations side of things.
It's probably just as well; it's probably going to be mobbed next year.

Remember when Harry Potter opened and they had those crazy crowds? Yeesh.

To recap the priorities for next year if we want investment in Tomorrowland are:

High priority:
Fantastic 4
Elio
Alien: Earth

Mid priority:
Tron (since there's already an attraction)

Back when it was ToT, that never made sense. Why are we going up the stairs...to take an elevator?

Falcon is another one where at least you can take the elevator because no one is going to stop you.

I skipped the subs this time. No, I am not getting in that tin can even if it is just a ride. 🤣
