Has anyone read a book called 'The Kingdom Keepers' by Ridley Pearson?

It's about Walt Disney Word.
Premise:
"Suddenly something is very wrong in Disney World. Rides close unexpectedly, parade schedules change without notice, and costumes disappear. Are the animatronics coming alive after the park closes? Who are the Overtakers? Only Finn and his four friends can save the Magic Kingdom."

My wife bought it on CD and we listened to it in the car on the way down to WDW a few trips ago. Pretty good listening, actually.

My son and daughter read Kingdom Keepers and really liked it. In fact, by coincidence about 10 minutes earlier this evening my daughter and I were going through her books. As we buy and read books, we give most away to charity. That is one she asked to keep. Also, you can get it at most bookstores and I believe scholastic sells it also.

anywho.... i finished it last week and loved it. i'm reading Ridley Pearson and Dave Barry's "Peter and the Starcatchers" now. It's awesome...it's the Disney Editions released prequel to Peter Pan, and the writing is great so far.

I just saw it over the weekend and bought it for a b-day gift for someone. I figure I can borrow it after they read it.

It is supposed to be a book for "tween-agers", but I am an adult with 3 grown children, but being a Disney nut, I read it and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Yeah it is. I remember seeing it there sometime this past school year.
I also have the book and really like it. I'll have to read it one more time before the second one comes out so I can refresh my mind.

I believe the next book in the Keepers line comes out next year. Hopefully it will sell well and the line will continue.

I've seen it for sale at Wal-Mart for $5 before, so it is possible to get it relatively inexpensively.

I just finished Kingdom Keepers last night for the third time. It is one of my favorite books & I will be bringing it with me when I go to WDW in October for my 18th birthday.
