more importantly... what happens to the Land balloons!

I thought those were gone already...Didn't the re-theme get rid of them?

I would think that would slow down service. You would need to have many lines to keep things moving.

The balloons were back when The Land reopened from it massive refurb. They basically were taken down and were repainted and replaced. If you search this site you should find pics of the balloons in the shops at DHS for their refurb. If I remember correctly they were visible for a time from the Backstage Tour. What was lost during the refurb was the fountain.
