Tom Morrow's Tomorrowland Restaurant
TOM MORROW'S TOMORROWLAND RESTAURANT
This restaurant will be located in Tomorrowland at the Skyway plot. For those wondering about restrooms,they would be avalible to ALL GUESTS,not just diners due to their close proximity to the entrance.
THE STORY: Tom Morrow,a Tomorrowland resident has decided to open a restaurant that is more easily avalible for the other residents of Tomorrowland, because there are no other sit-down dining experiences for the residents.
THEMING:
INSIDE:The inside will be dark(think Rainforest Cafe'/T-Rex). There will be hanging metallic planets. All nine (yes,I included Pluto) will be represented along with the Sun. These planets will hang from the ceiling on the second floor over section 3 in the below layout. An animatronic Tom Morrow will welcome guests in the waiting area. (section 1 in the layout.) Periodic announcements such as "9-Eye Party of 9" would also add to the experience. Fake rockets hang from the ceiling and occasionally a shooting star goes by. The inside look will follow that of the rest of TL. (The Stitch,MILF area)
OUTSIDE: The outside will follow the new color scheme of SM and the arcade. White/Blue/Lime Green accents/Gray. There will also be a blacony dining area overlooking TL. See section 5 in the below layout.
ELEMENTS THAT TIE IN TO THE LAND: Tom Morrow's Tomorrowland Resaurant will be tied in to the area 2 ways.
1.) Tom Morrow will operate the restuarant.
2.) It will follow the color scheme of nearby areas.

Here is a breakdown/description of numbered sections:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RESTAURANT IS 2 STORIES! THE DIAGRAM IS A VEIW AS IF YOU WERE LOOKING DOWN AT THE 2nd! YOU SHOULD GET A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE 1st FLOOR BY MY DESCRIPTION!
1) Lobby/Waiting area where you will be welcomede by an animatronic Tom Morrow. It is used as dining on the 2nd floor.
2) Kitchen area. This area is a kitchen on BOTH FLOORS.
3) Open on 2nd floor,dining on 1st. OK... Remember this is a view looking DOWN ON THE 2nd floor. The gray area is open and looks down to a dining area on the 1st floor. This is also where planets will hang from above.
4) Dining area. These areas are also used for dining on the 1st floor.
5) Outdoor dining. This area is an outdoor areea that overlooks TL. It is an indoor space on the 1st floor.
6) Restrooms. This is used as restrooms on both floors. The restrooms on the 1st floor are accesible by ALL guests by entering the side of the restaurant,or through the waiting area.
7) Stairway between 1st and 2nd floors.

They're Pana-Vue slides (although I'm not quite sure what a "pana-vue slide" is...) from probably around the time Epcot opened, which, IMO, is when the parks were prettiest...

My Project - Cosmic Ray's
This takes place at the theatre between Buzz and Carousel of Progress. A new building would be built.
Story:
Come join Cosmic Ray at his new home. His wife will be cooking all the food and all you have to do is order! Help Cosmic Ray break in his new home at Cosmic Ray’s!
Theme:
All around Cosmic Ray’s, you will feel like your at a futuristic home.
OUTSIDE:
On the outside, you will have a basic looking two story building with silver metallic siding all around. Windows will be placed around the house, giving it a home feel.
INSIDE:
On the inside (refer to the layout):
1 “Display Room” - This will be themed to show how the inside looks and to hide the kitchen and still have a window.
2 “Check-In / Waiting Room” - This is Ray’s hallway, this is where you will check - in with your reservation and wait.
3 “Kitchen” - This is the kitchen.
4 “Ray’s Bedroom” - This will be themed as his bedroom, messy clothes and all. You will get to see some of his prized possessions and much more.
5 “Game Room” - This is Cosmic Ray’s game room. Guests will have a chance to eat on metallic pool tables and metallic ping-pong tables. Guests will also be able to play games as they wait for they’re food to arrive.
6 “Bathrooms” - Walk in and get everything automatic, the doors, the soap dispenser, the toilet dispenser, the flusher, and the faucet, as well as the paper towels.
7 “Living Room” - This is Cosmic Ray’s Living room. Enjoy live music from Ray himself as he is on his stage.
*NOTE: Rooms 2,4,5 will have screens that show Cosmic Ray playing live from upstairs.
**NOTE (again): Rooms 4,5,7 will have a touch screen at each table to order their food.
Props/Elements:
Around Cosmic Ray’s, the metal coconut trees will be placed and also, not directly next to it, but near it will be a playground themed to a futuristic, tomorrow land look, giving the feel you are in a community.

The Tomorrowland Skyview Diner
Using the former Tomorrowland Skyway location is the Skyview Diner. The restaurant is located above the current restrooms and serves as a look-out of Tomorrowland. The location is also partially covered so you can't see the 7 Seas Lagoon or any hotels outside of the Magic Kingdom.
Story:
While not explaining much up-front, theming shows that the back story is as follows;
"Famous restaurant entrepeneur Zaphod Glort has come to Tomorrowland and has brought some business with him. He has just recently opened a futuristic, skkyview restaurant that looks out over Downtown Tomorrowland. The restaurant has received lots of endorsement from Tomorrowland and has even received positive reviews from alien critics. As it seems, business is booming and the empty location of the Skyway parking garage is now full of hungry customers from all around the galaxy."
Theme:
The exterior of the open ended restaurant will reflect the rest of the land's look. Neon strips run along the sides of the roof. Massive, metallic legs will support the building while the bathrooms are hidden underneath. Stairs will run up both sides of the restaurant while a small balcony will let guests enjoy their meals outside. Roatating beacon lights are also supported by small spires on some parts of the roof. Elevator access is also featured on the far left side. There is also a small downstairs area/court located next to Space Mountain's entrance. Behind this court is a large waterfall that changes colors and some mettallic umbrellas.
The interior is fairly unique. Above guests heads is a huge glass window that shows the "sky". The sky effect is actually an LCD screen showing spaceships and large planets floating above everyone's head. This completes the effect of Tomorrowland being a space-port.
Props and Elements:
The props and elements used are the following;
-Map of Tomorrowland (Land itself, Tomorrowland Towers, Progress Community, etc.) located at top of stairs/etrance to restaurant.
-Portrait of Zaphod himself. Features "Founder and Head Alien" underneath picture.
-Tables are designed to mach with rest of land. Mettalic supports.
-Color scheme features purple, red, green, and blue.
-Neon lights are a reddish tint. Inside neon changes colors.
-Waiter/Waitresses outfits are multi-colored. Reflect restaurant's color scheme.
-Critic Reviews (each one boasting a little inside joke such as a review from A.E. Spinlock)
-A news clipping from the Tomorrowland Times
-Ads for various location (hair salon, space port, Indy Speedway, etc.)

Stairs will run up both sides of the restaurant while a small balcony will let guests enjoy their meals outside. Roatating beacon lights are also supported by small spires on some parts of the roof. Elevator access is also featured on the far left side. There is also a small downstairs area/court located next to Space Mountain's entrance. Behind this court is a large waterfall that changes colors and some mettallic umbrellas.
The interior is fairly unique. Above guests heads is a huge glass window that shows the "sky". The sky effect is actually an LCD screen showing spaceships and large planets floating above everyone's head. This completes the effect of Tomorrowland being a space-port.
Props and Elements:
The props and elements used are the following;
-Map of Tomorrowland (Land itself, Tomorrowland Towers, Progress Community, etc.) located at top of stairs/etrance to restaurant.
-Portrait of Zaphod himself. Features "Founder and Head Alien" underneath picture.
-Tables are designed to mach with rest of land. Mettalic supports.
-Color scheme features purple, red, green, and blue.
-Neon lights are a reddish tint. Inside neon changes colors.
-Waiter/Waitresses outfits are multi-colored. Reflect restaurant's color scheme.
-Critic Reviews (each one boasting a little inside joke such as a review from A.E. Spinlock)
-A news clipping from the Tomorrowland Times

Location—Bayou Country
Background Info
Based off of the (soon to be) hit film "The Princess and the Frog", Ray's would come along with an extraordinarily ambitious project turning Tom Sawyer's Island into Bayou Country, but that's another story...
Story
The lovesick Cajun firefly, Ray, has decided to open an elegant sit-down restraunt on a riverboat.
Exterior Theming
Ray's would be located where "Aunt Polly's" currently is on TSI. "Aunt Polly's" would be refurbished to look like a dock. Here, the "Liberty Belle" will be permenatly docked (possibly demolished and replaced), and the restaurant would be made to look like it's on board the "Liberty Belle" (although it's really only partially on the boat). The boat would be refurbished to look like the one behind Tiana in this poster...

Interior Theming
The entrance hallway would continue the dock theme on the outside, only it'd be night time on the bayou. The main draw to the restraunt (aside from the food) would be the animatronic musical stage show featuring characters not only in the Princess and the Frog, but also some made up specifically for the show (Imagine CBJ, but with Cajun Critters rather than bears, it would kind of look like this...). The host of the show would be Louis, the Aligator from the movie. He and the other animals would perform songs from the movie and generic Songs of the Old South...
Another really cool aspect of the restaurant would be the walls. Being on a riverboat, obviously there's not supposed to be any walls. So, using the technique used for the pirate ship at the load of PotC, it would appear that you're on a bayou. One the wall would be the background used in the poster above, a view of the French Quater.
