One Little Spark...
I'm telling you, I never had so much fun watching fan reactions to a trailer online. The reactions people had when Han and Chewie appeared on screen is fantastic. I wouldn't be kidding you if I told you I stood up and cheered when it happened.
"We are home"

(Please dont screw this up JJ!)

I'm pretty sure you aren't alone on that one. I'm pretty sure we all nerded out a bit more than we care to admit. Anyone else been walking around saying "Chewie, we're home."

My take...

Star Wars: Episode 7 teaser trailer #2 makes me feel like a OT kid again times a trillion. It has definitely struck a chord.
Seeing the OT items...downed X-wing, ISD. Luke's old lightsaber. R2. VADER'S BURNED HELMET!
Seeing old but new items...Stormtroopers (cool new design), Tie Fighters (cool white panels with black bodies!)
It's says, "THIS CHRISTMAS" instead of This Holiday Season. Love it!
IMAX 3D. Yes, please!
BB-8...I WANT ONE!!
"Chewie, we're home." - need I say more?

The quote is from EP 6 It sounds redone for 7, if you listen to ROTJ Luke says "my sister" differently than in the new trailer of course they could have just cleaned it up some

yea I saw that on the Verge this morning and was cracking up with my headphones on at work. I had a few people stop by to see what all the fuss was about. Everyone had a laugh.....sooooo gooood.. Man I am not sure I can wait for this to come out.... This is going to be ONE hard ticket to be had on release night. I am going to have to fight to be first to see this.

I will admit (with great shame) that I doubted this project when it was first announced. My first thoughts were: Why?? The Empire has fallen. Balance has been brought to the Force. There is nothing left to tell without seeming unneeded, or made-for-TVesque.

Now, after seeing what we're getting, and how this is panning out so far, I feel it time to eat those words. Pass a spoon please?
Well, they destroyed the Death Star, but there were thousands of Star Destroyers still strewn about the galaxy. Just because the Emperor and Darth Vader aren't around, doesn't mean there aren't evil commanders still around to create havoc. Lot's of clean-up work and fighting to go!
