The Fantasy float out is this Saturday!

I found a brief video of the float out but it wasn't very good. The good news is I found a whoooole bunch of other videos of the Fantasy and totally indulged myself with those. **siiiiiigh** Even Tracey came to have a look and comment about how much he's looking forward to cruising on the Fantasy. :D

My understanding of the nassau thing is most cruise ships are foreign flagged for a number of reasons, primarily having to do with which laws are applicable. Maybe U.S. law is too complicated?

Thanks. After a little research I also found out that...

To be classified as a U.S.-flagged ship the cruise ship must have been built, or born, in a U.S. shipyard.

Most shipyards don't build cruise ships, although they probably could if they so chose. They build military ships or smaller ships like yachts.

Since there are no shipyards building cruise ships, there can be no U.S.-flagged cruise ships.​
