THE DAY IS FINALLY HERE!

A ride on the Riverboat was a nice relaxing break from the hot pavement, standing in long lines', just a place where you know you could relax for a few minutes and take in the scenery of BTMR, TSI and the HM. it is because of these and many other RIDICULOUS decisions that I have finally decided that NOW is the time to say NO to going to Disney and Yes to Universal. My next trip is NOT going to include ANTYTHING Disney. Someone has got to start the ball rolling of saying NO to Disney and it might as well be me! I hope some of you who feel similar will start to say NO MORE DISNEY when you plan your trip to Orlando. There is sooo much to do other than the parks and the prices are much lower than the parks!
Thanks for listening and allowing me to vent my opinion!! If you feel differently and think Disney is a good value and experience for you, I'm happy for you and wish you well. But as for me, I have come to my breaking point. Goodbye Disney. 😢

Even with all the changes at Disney World, it is still tops on our list. Having said that though, were it not for Disney, we wouldn't be going to Orlando for ANY reason. I have a sister who lives on the SW Gulf Coast, and if she didn't live there I would not be going to Florida at all. Still, it does seem as if you are "done" with Disney World. There are other places that offer new adventures and excitement.

Relax guys. It's a discussion forum. Not everything is going to be a spoonful of sugar when it comes to WDW. Let this person spend their hard-earned vacation dollars where they choose.

And it is no (or at least shouldn't be) any insult to us or our loved ones if they want to vent their frustrations as to why they're spending elsewhere. Open discussions. Take the positive with the negative. Disney isn't a deity, and our fandom isn't a cult (or at least shouldn't be).

I doubt it. Even with Epic opening, WDW will still have crowds

I don’t think Disney is a deity nor do I belong to any kind of cult.

I was just responding to someone else’s post with a saying I heard.
