We'll be going live with video reviews of project one at about 10 PM Eastern!
Just to make sure everyone is aware, we did have a last minute addition with details on Hoop dee Doo Musical Revue during Day Four if that's alright.Team Drax Proudly Presents...
Disney's Critter Country Campground
Created By @RMichael21 @Pionmycake @Magic Feather @IAmNotAHufflepuff @Angels and Disney's @DlpPhantom @David2319 @kmbmw777 @DSquared @AdventurerEllie and @orlando678- --- With Coaches @MANEATINGWREATH and @Sam4D23
"For your second challenge, Team Drax will design a complete revival of the abandoned River Country water park, along with a refurbishment of the Fort Wilderness resort/campground area and must creatively find a way to incorporate Dog With A Blog into their project"
Team Drax is thrilled to present the complete re-imagining of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Disney's Critter Country Campground will be a completely pet-friendly, critter-inspired resort, with new amenities and experiences being catered to families with dogs, cats and critters alike. With six different themed cabin areas, a re-imagined River Country named "Geyser River", and refurbished amenities, the newly revitalized Disney's Critter Country Campground will give guests a classic Walt Disney World experience, but at a modern standard. In addition, a state-of-the-art pet kennel, named Pet Pointe, will allow guests to drop their pets off either for the day (if you stay at a pet-friendly cabin at Disney's Critter Country Campground, your pets can come back to the cabin for the night!) or for the duration of your vacation should you stay at one of Disney's other resort hotels or in a pet un-friendly cabin at the campground.
Now where's "Dog With A Blog", you may ask? When given the daunting task of incorporating the Disney Channel sitcom "Dog With A Blog" into their project, team members decided that rather than shove the show into the actual resort in an inappropriate place, we would creatively incorporate the property into our presentation.
So, we contacted Stan from "Dog With A Blog" and he told us that him and the rest of his family were heading to Florida for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation at the newly-opened Disney's Critter Country Campground. We asked if he could write daily blog posts on his blog and he loved the idea! In fact, he created an all new division of his blog. So, click the link below to check it out!

Nothing to do with the project...but I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've ever seen you with an avatar change It's cool! And I'm gonna have to adjust to itJust to make sure everyone is aware, we did have a last minute addition with details on Hoop dee Doo Musical Revue during Day Four if that's alright.
Yeah, as I said in the Break Room, it's been two and a half years since I changed it (the end of Sorcerer's Apprentice Season 2). It's weird for me too.Nothing to do with the project...but I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've ever seen you with an avatar change It's cool! And I'm gonna have to adjust to it
Well, to be fair, we tried to market it as the opposite of a water park and more of just a place with some pools and a lazy river where you can relax. Nothing on the scope or size of the other Disney water attractions. That way it wasn't just another park. We wanted to create something different, unique and out of the box.I’m not sure how I feel about the revival of River Country, and I mean that as a hit against the challege. That being said I have a feeling you build a replacement that is adequate though I fear for your pricing system. At $35/$25 your will drive a large crowding issue of people wanting to come to Geyser River for the price alone. This will lower crowds at the other two water parks and make it difficult for the ppl who are staying at the resort to use it as their pool. Might want to rethink the strategy on that one. That being said I feel like the water park is a great addition and the attraction you brought in work out perfectly for this parks.
Your website is REALLY FUNNY!Well, to be fair, we tried to market it as the opposite of a water park and more of just a place with some pools and a lazy river where you can relax. The reason for the low pricing because I saw that we would be critiqued for having higher pricing for a non-water park experience. I mean, a one day ticket to the normal parks is 60 bucks, so we saw that about half would be reasonable for about half of the experience.
But, that's my fault for not getting that point across.
Thanks, haha. We tried to evoke the absolutely stupid sense of humor from the show.Your website is REALLY FUNNY!
Don't get me wrong, I think you got the point across and I love the idea of a relaxation park. It's amazing. I'm just afraid you will confuse some of the guest who think it's a full water park or something. I think it will need some sort of crowd control mechanism.Well, to be fair, we tried to market it as the opposite of a water park and more of just a place with some pools and a lazy river where you can relax. You guys did a great job of capturing the humor from the show. Thanks, haha. We tried to evoke the absolutely stupid sense of humor from the show.
Okay, that's fair. And I was planning on putting a max capacity portion in there but forgot. Oops.Don't get me wrong, I think you got the point across and I love the idea of a relaxation park. It's not big deal, I was just afraid that the guest at this one resort wouldn't be able to use the attractions. I'm looking out for your guest.Okay, that's fair. And I was planning on putting a max capacity portion in there but forgot. Oops.
