Those photos are priceless. So happy that not everything got destroyed in the fire.
Also, it's good to see that things are coming along, even if a bit slowly. It's one step at a time, and it's moving forward.
Thanks so very much, Minnie...!!!

Yep, one foot in front of the other...slow, but, sure.
The funny thing is, there’s so much stuff that we had forgotten about a lot of it. For instance, I had no clue all those sports trophies had been saved for all these years...!!!!!

Just so very grateful that the fire department isn't very far away.
One of the partners related to me that one of their neighbors homes burned to the ground a few years ago. I, of course, know the neighborhood and was not surprised, as it’s a gated community a long way out near Lake Austin, and quite a haul from a fire station.
Even before mom and pops fire, I have always seen on Google Earth how far so many clients properties we do homes for are from emergency services (fire, police, EMS), and it always concerns me a bit.
A coupla’ higher-end neighborhoods in the area now require homes to have fire sprinklers, and other clients are just choosing to do it, but, it sure as heck isn’t cheap, and the water supply has to be pressure tested to make sure it’s adequate.
Anyhoo, thanks again, Minnie...!!!
