I love the Geico gecko commercials! However, Farmer's has that trendy jingle in theirs--sometimes I can't get it out of my head, when I hear it on TV!!![]()
I love Geico ads too. Unfortunately, I've had to deal with their claims department three times now, and they've been nothing but wonderful all three times. The first time was also tricky because I was three feet out of a parking spot when this maniac driver came through and hit me. We disputed her claim that I was at fault because I had taken pictures showing she was in the wrong lane and showing that she could have only incurred the damage if she were travelling higher than safe speeds. They believed me and were really kind and courteous. Went to arbitration and the arbitrator found her at fault as well. Made me really nervous backing up until I got the Civic, which has a camera.I love the Geico gecko commercials! Here’s my ‘03 Chevy Malibu being snowed on in Dec. of ‘17 in our office parking lot (figured you’d appreciate the snow part)...!!!!!

Wow! great closets but the price tag!![]()
Yah, I know--crazy! And if I ever had the money to buy custom closets like that (they're all larger than our dinky livingroom), I wouldn't have any money left over to buy clothes, to put in them!![]()
I can certainly see why you are afraid to drive. If you get involved in an accident you are the first one there. Not trying to one-up you, but here is my car (also for @Mr Ferret 88 's car wish list . . . I give you: the prestigious, 2007 Chevy Aveo)

P.S.: Stock photo--my car is never that clean!![]()
Like he says... if you can't trust a Gecko who (or possibly what) can you trust?I don't. I have the Gecko. No offense to Farmer's, but I am very much a fan of the Gecko.![]()
I didn't either up until a couple of years ago. I haven't used the wheat flour in almost a year now. My favorite is the almond flour. It is so versatile. One of the grocery stores near me carries a huge line of Bob's products -- haven't a clue what do do with most of those grains, flours, etc.,![]()
Sympathy like, but I understand. That's what my husband says too... but I'm not an agent, what I do is specifically tied to the home office, so here I stay!
They were 50% off everything last weekend.I hate the "up to". I keep checking to see if anything is in the price range I'm willing to pay, and most of their stuff is still only 30% off. I'm not paying $30 for a dress for a four year old (with the exception of Disney princess dresses). I'll stick to H&M where the dresses are only $4.
Yep, time is why I rarely do roll out cookies.Yeah, I don't do a lot of them just because it's so much work. It's not that it's difficult, just that I'm too lazy!Whereas with DH, he can follow a recipe, but he has no experience with baking, so a lot of it, he would just be like "What??" and he wouldn't know that you need to adjust the baking time for smaller cookies...he wouldn't know how thick to roll it out. He wouldn't feel if it needed more flour, or if it was too dry. And, since you have to keep balling the scraps back up and rolling them out again, you add a bit of flour each time, so they get harder as you go. So I always break the dough up into smaller sections so I don't have a brick by the end. He wouldn't know to do that. But I think a lot of people don't do roll-out cookies just because of the amount of time it takes...same thing with cheesecake....people don't want to spend the time. Myself included, as far as roll out cookies. Cheesecake is worth the effort. The only reason we did roll out cookies this time is because that was what the teacher specifically asked for, and handed her the cookie cutters. I got to pick my own recipe though.
Hope you are keeping your text messages "G" rated. See, parents always know!Yeah, I didn’t tell them directly, I was calling her and they heard me call her baby, so I just told them she was my GF, they said they knew already and they had read the text messages
As an owner of 3, I can attest to that!I've heard cats do well in groups of 3![]()
Pretty! It fits, it finally fits. The first time I make a pattern I usually add a bit of extra ease and usually wind up taking it in but the garment measurements were off so I had to take it in twice. Next week knowing the changes I can cut straight into the lining and get it finished
Jaw drop. I am in shock.OK, these clients again...

Was havin’ a casual conversation with the partner and they came up. I told him I had posted some pics online of the renderings he did. He chuckled, and then asked if I posted the closet renderings. When I said yes he chuckled again and said to tell y’all that the bid came in on their two closets, alone, at $7.2 million...THIS IS NO JOKE...$7.2 milllion...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For 2 friggin’ closets...!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
I sorta see a Darth Vader helmet, but, other then that I don't have a clue what that is.
