OK, these clients again...



Was havin’ a casual conversation with the partner and they came up. I told him I had posted some pics online of the renderings he did. He chuckled, and then asked if I posted the closet renderings. When I said yes he chuckled again and said to tell y’all that the bid came in on their two closets, alone, at $7.2 million...THIS IS NO JOKE...$7.2 milllion...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For 2 friggin’ closets...!!!!!!!!!!!

No, let's not go from the frying pan into the fire. The rest of winter is splendid. January (this year) has just turned out to be a flop. I had been looking forward to a beautiful snowstorm last week, and all we got was a freaking multi-day ice storm.

Well, if that was for me, I could put one pair of (my two pairs total) of shoes in each closet. Architectural design money well spent, I'd say.
