I’m just surprised.. I’ve been asking her for the past 7 years, every time- NOPE.
Tried to talk my dad into a Poly bungalow for all of us, and him and my mom can relax there when they get fed up with the crowds.
He laughed at me. :(
I keep thinking that I’ll wear them down, but it’s not lookin’ good. ;)

In other news, apparently TSMM had a 95 minute wait almost immediately after rope drop.
I'm wondering if the no fp until TSL has kicked in yet

Is there just 1 track open now?

She didn’t enjoy Disney?

She did, but she says she doesn’t have a desire now. She’d rather be on a cruise or on a beach (with an ocean not a lagoon ;) ) than in Disney crowds.
My dad has serious hip/shoulder/knee problems, and my mom has some back problems, they’re active.. but Kings Island for a few hours is about as much of an amusement park that they want these days.

Yes, they ended up getting FPs a little while ago, but Disney cancelled them within a day or two. Only 1 track open.

Yes! I’ve showed them the video tour. We stayed at the Poly growing up.. I thought they would totally be game for a fam trip in a bungalow. Nope.

I keep hoping they’ll change their mind, bungalow or not, but I don’t think they will. My dad said he’d rather rent a house in OBX for a family vacay.. and have a pool with only his grandkids screaming in it. :hilarious:

She is so cute! So glad they are having a great time. Hopefully this will be a quieter week since I think Spring Break is done everywhere.
I do t know if you can see her necklace, but it’s a Minnie Mouse pendant. My mom gave her the pendant and necklace at Christmas, she hasn’t taken it off since.. only to sleep.
She always points it out whenever she’s with me.. I’m curious if she showed Minnie as well.

I love beach vacations, so I'm with them on that one. Or compromise and do the Disney beach resort down there, so they can relax and you can eat Mickey waffles.

ok but @Tuvalu would do better

Why is DFB doing videos on bathrooms? Are they possibly running out of food to try? They do in all honesty seem to have been doing more park videos about resorts and such, than about food. I was disappointed to have gone to their site this morning hoping to see a new tasty treat and then saw the video you posted. They did have the Woody's Lunchbox article that they posted on WDWMagic.

I buy all of my Star Wars books. I get good hard copies of them and keep them in good shape. I checked out Lost Stars out of the library, and it was a huge mistake because a few months later, I wanted to read it again, so I bought it. I read it every May 4 now, so I'm about due, although I'm itching to pick it up again, so it may be April this year. I like having my other Star Wars books on hand as well, especially since they help fill in some of the gaps in between the movies. Force Awakens made so much more sense after reading Bloodline.

Other than that, if there are books I particularly enjoyed, I buy them. I have the Hunger Games trilogy (another series I'm kind of itching to reread), some Nicholas Sparks books, Anne of Green Gables, and a few others. There's another series I recently read that I definitely want copies of because they were SO good.
I'm one of those people who reads books over and over again, so I always buy them. If I were in the US, I'd just get a library card and only buy my favorites, but a library card here costs somewhere around 45 euros, and their English section in my local library is terrible. They don't have much, and I don't like reading things in Dutch unless that's the original language. So much doesn't translate, so you miss a lot by reading in Dutch if it was originally in English. What's the other series you read recently?
