Don't forget Atlanta Hartsfield in that group, too!
That one's pretty terrible. I've only been there once, but between jet lag (it was coming back from Hawaii) and that airport, it was not a fun experience.

LAX is still my worst one, though. I'll fly there because it's cheap to get there nonstop from Baltimore, but oh, it's horrendous.

And Charlotte. Their airport is terrible and disorganized and you're more likely to find a dirty diaper on the ground near the gate than a staff member who cares about customer service.

I actually like Charlotte’s airport! I haven’t been there in maybe 9 years though.. but I used to fly thru there a couple of times per year.. there was a bar - Cheers (not sure if it’s still there), the same bartender was at the bar for at least 4-5 of my visits.. he made the best Bloody Mary’s.lol.

Could he have a friendship in the upper groups that makes him act like that? aka untouchable?
You'll tend to find this in large IT departments. You get people who realize they aren't easily replaceable, so they get rather full of themselves. Like, "Fire me, I dare ya." I think because this guy is with a consulting service, that's basically his attitude. Like, "I know more than all of you, so go ahead and fire me. I dare ya."

None of us really eat seafood either and the smell makes me want to puke. In a restaurant I am okay, but I used to have to go to a place that sold fish when I was a kid with my mom to buy fresh fish and I would hold my breath and need to walk out. I tried fish sticks once as a kid, and within 30 minutes threw them all up. That was the last time fish ever passed my lips. Dh doesn't eat seafood except for shrimp once a very long while. Oldest will eat it, but the last few times she had eaten it she had thrown up. We are going there for your good burger and truffle fries review, and they have lots of shareable sides. Dh saw the menu and was curious about the ribs.
Seriously, I think we may be related. I hate seafood as well. Same thing, couldn't stand the smell at the fresh fish place. I will eat some shrimp--grilled works--but that is it.

This guy's a real tool. And my impression of his not wanting to enter his time, is more that he feels it's beneath him. I wonder if your boss and/or other management are aware of how he interacts (I'm being polite with my choice of word there) with other employees. Sometimes a gentle heads up to a supervisor may be helpful, as some background experiences of coworkers with this guy, could be useful information down the road. The more he gets away with, the worse he'll become. Sometimes, that type of behavior catches up with the person, and I hope that's the case here.
Oh, he definitely feels it's beneath him. He feels he shouldn't have to do it. He's also definitely resentful of the fact that he doesn't get a full license in the system and someone else has to manage his project on his behalf in the system. Which was my decision that my last supervisor supported, so I'm sure he just loved hearing that from a 22 year old.

There's not much my current supervisor can do. Right now, they have me floating between various responsibilities, so he's out of her sphere of influence, but I told my coworker that she needs to mention the poor behavior to the guy's mentor, who is on her team. Her supervisor is so tapped out right now that it probably wouldn't do much good to talk to her.

I wish I could follow along on their Disney trip.. I’m so excited for them! Hopefully they have a more animated reaction to the surprise than my kiddo did. ;)

(I’ve been lazy and have sent evites the past 2 years though.:hilarious:)

We sent evites for the first time this year and it was AMAZING. You can see who viewed them, who responded, how they responded, ask additional questions, send reminders to RSVP, etc. I loved it so much!
