I would not find that joke funny at allAre you saying that Mr. Ferret was born as a joke? gaaaaaaaaaaaasp!!!
Sympathy like , same here. Tonight's dinner groundhog with peanut sauceDh just texted me saying we are expecting between 4 and 8 inches of snow between tomorrow and Wednesday. Hello Spring.![]()
The like is for one building next week.Well, and yesterday I had a migraine all day, which didn't help. I ended up sleeping for 3.5 hours in the afternoon. Plus I've been running in between buildings for the past three weeks, which doesn't help, and I'm still doing that this week. It would be better if I could just stay in my building instead of running between buildings. Next week I'll be in one building.
No! Those already belong to Scotland and Ireland.I vote that the United States should have a national instrument and it shall be the bagpipes.
Oh no! How awful. Poor girl. I'm sure she was mortified.Oh My Gosh! I am sitting in this competition and there is a mix of cheer and dance. A senior girls dance team was just on. They were wearing some weird halter. One girl had a major wardrobe malfunction. Top broke. No bra. They must have known the top had issues cause the girls you know whats were covered with duct tape. She danced the dance and finished.![]()
Nah, too classy. I think of that as being more European.Something for you more cultured Northeners (excluding NJ)
Amen!Someone remind spring that its time..

Didn't you know? The national instrument of the US is the kazoo. And nothing shall change that.I vote that the United States should have a national instrument and it shall be the bagpipes.
Not when we have 4-8 inches of snow coming.Someone remind spring that its time..

@MOXOMUMDI’m trying to skim and catch up.. Impossible.
I tried to go back and quote someone who was talking about Celtic names.. now can’t remember who it was.
Anyway, my son’s name is Tristan.. named because Tristan and Isolde is one of my favorite operas. Kiddo is of English and Spanish descent...but his paternal grandfather and father did live in Ireland for a time... that didn’t have anything to do with his name though.lol
Faust is my favorite opera.. but decided the names may not be the best to choose![]()
They learn young! My kid at the toy store:
A: you gonna play this with me Mommy?
Me: sure, kid, i can play that with you...
A: so,... You're going to play with this toy...?
Me: yes, I'll play with that toy with you... Why??
A: okay!! Then this toy is for you and you can use YOUR money to pay for it, and I'll keep MY money!!! But don't worry, Mommy, I'll help you play with your new toy!!

Glad no one was hurt! And learning to smile through the tears is a hard lesson in life. Hope the rest of the season goes better.I will have loads of ketchup tomorrow. Too tired now to do that. Things were going great til the end. Their pyramid failed completely. Little dd who is kind of the keystone in it wasn’t boosted into position properly and fell. She was ok, just her pride was hurt. She smiled through the rest of the routine while crying though. Don’t know how she accomplished that. Amazingly enough they weren’t last. They were 4 out of 5. I guess the routine they put together was more complicated without the pyramid than the team in 5th. Well you can’t win them all, byt they will try harder next time to avoid the error that was made.
