My stress test experience went quite well today. I really like the facility that the cardiologist referred me to. The staff could not be any nicer. They explain every thing to you before they do anything, and they are very aware of patient comfort. I had no problems/symptoms out of the ordinary. I came home in less time than promised. I have a portable heart monitor that I will wear until I return it on Friday before 5 p.m. I don't think I have AFIB, but this should answer that question once, and for all.

I took my heart monitor back today, and then I went grocery shopping. It was a beautiful day here in Chicago. Good day to be out and about. I got a lot of errands done today. The great thing is no doctor appointments until April, when I am due back to the cardiologist, and both of my eye doctors. I spent the entire month of January waiting for Aetna to put me back into their PPO, from the HMO I was silly enough to enroll in. Let's just say, I didn't read the fine print. I am fine with Aetna. The prescription I picked up today, had no charge. Gotta like that.

That is a great idea. For a while we would stay for one night at the Holiday Inn Resort right outside Disney when we would arrive for the first evening. They have family suites which have a 2 sets of bunks and a wall separating them from the rest of the room which has a king size bed. There was plenty of walking room as well. Uni doesn't have room for 6 either. I checked out their resorts and only Cabana Bay does. Not much choice. I don't want to have to pay for 2 rooms. We used to stay club level at the Boardwalk because they have rooms for 6 and the included food and drinks was a plus especially when we had toddlers. We saved a load of money not having to buy milk all the time. Alas we cannot justify the cost anymore since we spend barely any time in the room anymore since the kids are bigger, plus we would be able to go only once every 2 years considering how much the prices have increased. :eek:

Cabana Bay is furnished much nicer than the Disney values IMO anyhow. They have 2 types of rooms that hold 6 people, one better than the other. This is nice! Especially the bathroom situation.

We generally went in the fall for 2 weeks. We stayed at Moderates 'cause we could stay for 2 weeks vs 5-6 days at a Deluxe. Now when we started at the moderates they were $89 dollars a night. We'd stay at Deluxe hotels if we had special offers from Disney from APs, special codes, AAA or American Express. Now discounts are not all that special and all pretty much the same.

We did it the first time and she loved it. There was no one waiting so they let us just stay on. This happened 2 more times. By the third time there were people waiting and we needed to exit. She pretty much sums up my kids. When Body Wars just opened it had an age minimum of 3 years old not a height restriction. He was 3 by 2 months, the first time I had to buy an admission ticket for him (think about $45 for length of stay) We went to enter with him and we were stopped, CMs stating the age requirement. I responded he is 3. And then there is that ackward look we were given, the head tilt looking at him and looking at us and I took out his park ticket with the comment if he was under 3 why would I buy him an admission ticket? So we went on Body Wars. DS son came off bouncing up and down-That was so much fun lets do it again while his Daddy was trying hard not to be ill, wasn't the same till the next day, his last BW experience. I said we'd do it again in a few hours.

I'm starting to react to rides differently now. Everest has given me brain warp a few times, I can only do the Tower once a day, I don't do Rock'n cause it rocks my brain and if I go through the line for Star Tours I pick out a spot on rug and stare 'cause that screen experience has always turned my tummy unlike Body Wars. Mission Space, that is a never again for any of us. Flight of Passage or Soaring we are fine with. I have to say I am happy I had little dare devils too.
