You can only be sick 2 days per year? How does anyone ever have any days to roll over???
At one point in my working life, I went over 10 years without taking a sick day. When I left the company I sold those days back to them for a tidy sum. Also had a number of unused Vacation days that I was able to capitalize on as well.
Of course, that meant a couple of days when I went to work sick as a dog. We were a heartier bunch! :in pain::joyfull:

The Disneyland 5 day Parkhopper went up $20. It now costs $370. I mention Disneyland because if there was to be a trip for me this year, it would be to California. However, after my husband did our taxes yesterday, and discovered for the first time in our entire married life we owe taxes, and we will not be getting a refund. I am usually able to afford a trip from our refund. Not this year. Maybe not ever again, because the cost has become quite a lot when I add up tickets, airfare, hotel, and other costs of just under a week. I can imagine by the time Star Wars Land opens, a Parkhopper might cost $400.

I guess that is why Parksavers sent me an email this morning advertising that they still have tickets at the 2017 price available. Why do they need to increase ticket prices every year? Can't they just go one year without a raise? Did they really need Shanghai?

Really enjoying all these photos--what an amazing place!
It was really neat. They had most of the actual zoo closed, and all the animals were in their enclosures for the night, but we went earlier in the day, saw the things we missed 2 weeks ago, and then had dinner until the light tour started. I wish they had done more in the ocean part....the only thing was the starfish, and there were shark heads up above in one place, but I couldn't get a decent picture. But the rest was really cool to see. The seahorses looked so much prettier than the picture shows...well, everything looked better than the pictures, but the seahorses were kind of glittery and you can't see that in the picture.

I bought very fuzzy sherpa lined slippers from Land’s End during a 50% off sale last fall. They keep my feet very warm.
I usually only need the dryer when I've been outside and my feet are frozen. Or when I'm going to bed at night and the bed is cold....I have a mattress pad, but it takes a while to warm up, so I crawl in and turn that on, then I use the hair dryer to warm the bed faster and then once the mattress pad warms up, it stays toasty warm.

Very cool I like the waterfall and some of the animals remind me of ROL as well.
I haven't seen ROL other than pictures, but now that you all say that, yeah, I can see that. I LOVED that waterfall. I could have stood there for ages and watched the colors change. It was hard to get a picture...DD wanted a picture of the purple, but it took so long for the picture to take once I pressed the button that the color changed again, and it was random so I couldn't just press the button before. But it was soooo pretty. And they had those same color changing lights on one part of the path, so as you were walking, the trees turned yelllow, green, blue, red, purple, pink....some colors showed up better in the pictures than others.
