And Ariel used to have that beehive hairdo in the under the sea scene on that ride too. That sure was pretty.

Oh Wow, that was so awful. Forgot all about that. That attraction had some hiccups in the beginning for being a clone ride of Disneyland. Sadly Dwarf #2 attraction continues to have hiccups all day long. I don't know if I've ever seen a day when it hasn't been down for an hour or so at least once.

Just why? For days it has been snowy, more heavy flurries. Cloudy and Windy. 20's and wind chill 11. By Day. At midnight wind is still outside and the nearly full moon is shining and stars out. Clear as could be. Likely by morning again it will be dark and gloomy.

Have I mentioned I need to live in Florida. It is cold there. It is not 15, it is at least 56. Now there is to be a Blood Moon, then it will be cloudy right?

Thanks for posting. We've actually had conversations with CMs. We are a group of 3 often. That ride is way too squishy close with 'stops' zero person space for a stranger ride along let alone a child. Rock'n and Everest of Test Track are very different with space and speed. The Haunted Mansion or Shells in Mermaid or Seas would be equally uncomfortable to be paired with an stranger adult kinda thing. I'm sorry for the child and the Mom, hope it is a wake up to Disney given how often they try to stick little kids and an unknown adult on that attraction. Like Typhoon Lagoons wave pool this is a quirky set up not likely known until it was built with the sways and rocking. Hope they just keep families together with their groups only here forward.

I hope you get snow then. Ice is bad. We have a large area of ice at the end of our driveway, Kapono and I have to walk very careful to get past it on our walks.

In other news.. talk about Muyphy's law...

In the weekend and this goodarn monday:

1. My keyboard broke down, will need to buy a new one. one key is literally shattered by use and the keys are sticky. The new keyb hasnt shipped yet (been waiting for 5 days now).
2. The couple who were so eager to buy my Knives set.. backed down unexpectedly. Had to go back to pick up the gear from where I had left it (pretty far from my home).
3. Went to help my boss with her laptop, which was failing (her A and Delete key died, noone knows why and MacStore refuses to repair it since its been "5 years".. and the model's guarantee and maintenance period ends in 5 years.. no more old parts.. getting used parts would take up to 8 days to repair. unaceptable to my boss. So I lended her an spare keyb.
4. During this trip, I lost my precious Donatello (a gift from an artist from japan) keychain and my house keys.. NOT AMUSED.
5. Went back an hour later to see if I could salvage it.. nope, noone seen anything nothing.. so some ahole probably liked the design and claimed it.
6. 6 people have said to "want" my old parts and gaming systems.. everyone suddenly "has things to do" "too busy" :|

Sounds like you need an evening to do nothing. Those are the days that I try to go to bed early if I can because I'm emotionally exhausted and just want the day to end. Tomorrow will be better!

Interesting...my DD doesn't like most soft drinks. She likes rootbeer and generic Dr. Pepper. DS likes fish, and he does have more of a sweet tooth. But I wouldn't say he likes sour flavors...he's actually REALLY picky.

Bummer. Although I was thinking that since you had all those things go wrong in one day, the rest of the week should be a breeze. All the bad stuff is over! Happier days are ahead for you. Hang in there.

I think you are mistaken about the air conditioning...it's a ventilation system, but there's no cooling of the air. My first car had a similar ventilation system.
