If you have a fastpass and it closes, don't they give you a new fast pass for later?
Yes. At WDW, you'll receive an email and a notification from the app. You'll have a list of rides to choose from and can use the FP up until park closing. You cannot change the FP manually; you just use it for any ride on the list for the rest of the day. You can also use it for that same ride should it reopen before the end of the day.

At DL, which is still on the paper FP, you just return any time until end of operations, until a certain point, then usually CMs will tell you it's good for any attraction in the park (at least that's how it was in WDW pre FP+)

I didn't schedule any classes earlier than 9 30 AM. My last class closed down at 10 pm. And I walked to the dorm, not getting there before 11pm. I was much more brave (or stupid) back then. It was pouring rain and a guy pulled up, and I accept a ride back to the dorm. Then I though what am I doing? Turned out he was a minister, he had his collar on. I felt much more comfortable. I never scheduled a class after the busses stopped.
I had some classes that I needed for my major that were only offered at 8:00, so I almost always had 8:00 classes. I was a lot more trusting back then, too, but part of it was being in Wyoming. It's usually PRETTY safe. I gave a ride home to a couple of drunk guys once, but it was broad daylight and lots of witnesses and only a few blocks, in a busy area. I also drove a stranger to the ER when he came in to the dorm at 2 am bleeding from his head and he looked ready to pass out...I figured I could take him if he tried to do anything. He had been trying to call a friend to give him a ride for over an hour, but his friend wasn't answering the phone, we had no taxi service in our town and he didn't have money to pay for an ambulance. I knew the guy he was trying to call and I happened to be in the lobby so I just went ahead and took him to the ER. Never had anything bad happen to me for being nice.

At least there's an actual backstory to these guys.

"The Spectromen are keepers of light. They hold the parades magical light and transform it for you in the midst of the night. They come from a land called Light Spriation where everything is filled with rays of light and magical bursts of color. They were always afraid to come out of hiding and share their magical light, until one day, Mickey, the Spectromen King, asked if they would join him in a nighttime festival of magic and light, and come and bring the magical light for everyone to see. Scared to confront people, they hesitated. After much consideration, the Spectro Men agreed. They brought along their magical Spectro Balls and Light-Trumpets to spread the joy of their magical light to everyone. Mickey controls the light they magically create and powers the parade through his Electro-ball, changing it from night to day, or crystal to multi-color."
That's nice. Now I really miss it!

Thanks! It was tough leaving my happy place and coming home to an empty house. :( Although at least there were kitties to greet me when I got home. :cat:

Yes, he's probably more delusional, as he admitted to the evaluator that he lied about a lot of stuff during their marriage, but he continues to lie. For example, he just recently told my friend that the kids said they wanted to stop doing certain after school activities, when in fact they did not and he had told them the activities weren't available at the times that would work for their schedule. And my friend said the reason why is because he wants their son to play rugby and the days/times conflicted with practice and games. Pretty pathetic.
Ugh....yeah, that would be frustrating. It's manipulation. One of my daughter's friends' parents are divorced and the father just refuses to take her to her activities when he has his visitations. So sad when they obviously don't care about making their kids happy and keeping a routine.

Thanks! :)

Looks like I may need to look for a new docs office. Called them this morning and was told they were short-staffed this week, but, was told the MA would call me back shortly...never heard back. Called them again at 3 (they close at 3:30) this afternoon and was told the MA would call me back in 15 min.
At about 3:45 I finally just decided to find the labs # and call them. They referred me to their main local office. The guy I talked to said they faxed the results to the docs office at noon. He couldn't tell me if they had been faxed before today, for some reason. Not amused about all this... :bored:
Anyway, about 4p I finally got a call from the MA.Uric acid was in the high normal range, and that was DURING an attack. :cyclops:
So now, They want me to follow up with more blood work.
And, we go on.....
I'm so sorry, having a blood draw is not fun. Sounds like your Dr. office has a real problem. I've noticed our Dr. office is having a lot of turn over in personnel. I hope you are feeling much better.
