Good luck. Not really some fruit and nuts. My boys aren't super picky my little guy is mostly vegan but we never had a problem finding food last trip. There are even more selection now with a hummus and veggie snack in almost every park. Last trip I never had an issue eating well. I'm sure you'll be able to get him food he'll eat.

The only one of our 3 kiddos (now all over 21  ;)) that has ever had any kinda' food "quirk" is youngest DD...she dislikes almost every vegetable you can name.
Yet, she is at her recommended weight, works out, and is very healthy. Go figure. :cyclops: ;) :)

I know this question wasn't directed to me, but, we've always carried a backpack into the parks, with snacks, water bottles, ponchos, sunscreen, etc.
It has always come in handy. :)
Same here. After the stroller days when it was just me and my daughter, I would rent a locker for the day. We'd make a pit stop whenever we were by them to get anything we needed or drop off anything we didn't need to carry.

We did that last time, too, and we have backpacks and ponchos and all that stuff for this time, too. I was asking @figmentfan423 mostly because she said her boys eat whatever was in sight, and I thought perhaps they might not get enough at meals in the parks and she might have to supplement the meals with snacks to keep the costs manageable! We'll bring in snacks so if nothing else, DS won't starve. I don't worry about DD as she'll find something no matter where we are. But DS doesn't even like most of the things on the kids menus...he won't eat mac and cheese or burgers and pizza is touch and go. He's never had corn dogs before, but I don't know if he'll even taste them. Not every place has chicken nuggets, which is the only thing I know he will eat. So we'll have to bring snacks just in case.

He'd throw him under a bus for any of his friends:cautious: he's still mad whatever time they get to explore without us they have to stay together!!!!! OR ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How old is the older one? Do they not get along? My brother and I fought like cats and dogs in elementary school, but by junior high we were best friends. I had a really hard time my senior year of high school when he was already off to college. I missed him SOOOO much. We've grown apart now, but back in high school, I would have given almost anything to be let loose, just the 2 of us, in Disney. We'd have had a BLAST!!!

Yes! First 'storm' of this season. Which is not saying much considering we only got dustings of snow twice. A dusting is like an inch or less. DC is having loads of trouble considering the other day they got an inch of snow and 30 min commutes turned to 5 hours.

But we have a few inches so far. They keep upping the forecast. Before it was 1 - 3 then 3 - 6 and now 4 - 9. I've seen people driving which is dumb. You deserve to be stranded or crash if you're that stupid. Snow will melt away by weeks end anyway.

It is so so funny to see the news handle the snow. It's like they never saw a storm before. It was like the beginning of an ice age. I don't do the 'I have to get milk and bread' route too.

I like hummus spread on warm pita slices. :hungry: Wish I had some now instead of my bowl of Raisin Bran. :grumpy:

:hungry: Indeed...!

THNX! He is very well trained. Everywhere but home!:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

I didn't use the phrase often maybe once a month but when my kids were children and we arriving at a event...I'd look in the back seat and say BEST BEHAVIOR firmly but nicely. They then knew to stay within the boundaries. They also were well versed in proper restaurant dining since they were toddlers. It only took a couple times to be hauled out to the parking lot for me to say what I had to say and by about 2 they grasped restaurant behavior. I never let my kids disturb other diners and it erks me when adults just ignore their kids out in public.
