only kids sizes.. perhaps you can find it online.

It was -9 when I woke up this morning. Big change from the 32 degrees it was on Saturday....

AAA just said gas may drop below a dollar in some areas! YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have $4 a gallon in my budget for my trip.

Gas just dropped back down to under $3/gallon out here. The last few weeks it was at $3.09.

Bowie's first concert ever was in Cleveland so he always played here on every tour. He died from liver cancer. I had forgotten Iman was his wife.

I know - and they were like the perfect couple, so this must be super-tough on her.

Unless one has a medical reason that prevents them someone from using them, I recommend getting contact lenses. The now are soft and comfortable to the point that you don't even remember you have them. They correct your vision better then glasses do and you don't have to put them on and off. I used them swimming, eyes open underwater, everywhere and never had a single problem with them. I stopped when I needed reading glasses. I figured that if I had to drag glasses around with me anyway, I might just as well wear my glasses. I went back to contacts when I started having problems with the cataracts because I could see so much better with them in. They cut down on the additional light infraction caused by glass lenses. Just a thought! They cost a little more, but, I found out with this recent procedure that you really can't put a price on good vision.

Yeah, unfortunately my eyes can no longer see up close with my glasses, and I refuse to get bifocals. Do they make contact lenses with bifocals? Even so, I'm terrible at putting lenses in my eyes, even if it's not often. I get frustrated after about 10-15 minutes of effort.

Yeah, unfortunately my eyes can no longer see up close with my glasses, and I refuse to get bifocals. Do they make contact lenses with bifocals? Even so, I'm terrible at putting lenses in my eyes, even if it's not often. I get frustrated after about 10-15 minutes of effort.

I wear contacts all the time but I can't sleep in them. If I have to read up close (even with my contacts in) I need my glasses.

I remember when gas was 29 cents a gallon, with yellow or green stamps. That you could redeem for appliances. Toasters, irons, or dish ware. My Mom and other Mom's saved these. I remember helping her lick the stamps to go into those "valuable" books.

We got that snow, slush and then more snow on Saturday. On Sunday my DD car at her apartment was ice encased and she couldn't open doors. I drove her to work and then I took my Ice scraper and started chiseling out her doors. Threw rock salt under her tires that were also encased by about 2 inches of frozen slushie. When I finally got into the car, turned it on, cranked the defrosters and went into her apartment to watch the running car which I hadn't clicked the door shut (afraid while running) and couldn't get warm. Since I drove her to work I had to go fetch her and it was 5 at that point last evening with wind. I think we were at -5 as I was trying to unstick the rolling garbage bins this morning. And you're colder than we are.

That was great luck! I spent a lot of time in detention, for chewing gum, and talking in class. I did get my homework finished there. Mom was annoyed that she had to pick me up and hour later.

I never once had detention in school.
I did have a few "Skateboarder", "Hot Rod", and "Car Craft" magazines taken up in German class, though.

They do make some combo that work to some extent like bifocals, but, I haven't heard of much good luck with them. Why no Bifocals? I had tri-focals! Those I wouldn't have again, but, no line bifocals are perfect and no one knows you have them at all. So much easier then carrying reading glasses or squinting.

As far as putting them in and taking them out, I will admit that there are certain tricks to it that when done properly, are very easy to do. Just takes getting past that blink reflex. Easier to do then most people think.

No reading glasses for me either! I just lower my head and look above my regular glasses when reading up close.

My blink reflex is a force to be reckoned with!

Yes, that's the one. Since it's just hubby and I we wanted a quiet place to relax.

I'm a big fan. If they still have their own buses I took them to the parks, spot on time wise. Going back to resort I'd take transportation to closest Disney hotel and then take a downtown disney bus and cross the street back to the Hilton. I didn't like waiting in a parking lot for a bus. But the hotel is large, their rooms are oversized, the beds are comfy and I like the restaurants and snack shops in resort without having to go outside on rainy days.
