Funny how states go. Here they would look at tax return and then the date of the winning. Tick our judges off and they often award the vast majority to the other party if not all. Judges here want full disclosure no shenanigans.

Sorry about the incident. I've told this story before, but a kid brought a loaded gun into my DD first grade class. He meant no harm, but wanted to show it to his friends. ( I wasn't sure if you were on Magic at the time.)

the question is.. who in their right mind would leave a LOADED GUN on the kid's reach?
worse.. how the parents didnt noticed the kid had a gun on his/her bag?

I could.....if I don't want to take anything ELSE in my carry on. But I'd rather just buy a cheap pillow at Walmart when I get to the states.

I'm confused. your pillows usually take THAT much of space?

Yes Sir. Actually Amazon is a little cheaper than what I had paid the first time. More like $100 each for the first set. Then I bought a set for my DD, then I bought another set for her dorm room and she bought yet another set for her new apartment. All and all about $1000.00 in pillows. But my first set lasted 5 years so $200 set for 5 years I am fine with as they are so comfortable and I got to test them out first in a hotel. Before that I spent lots of money in smaller amount on pillows that were not comfy, to warm, too overstuffed......so at least that cycle stopped.

They said on the news if you took the lump sum you would get 483 million, by the time the taxes are taken you get 252 million. That's still a healthy chunk of change.

they usually just take between 9% and 16% in my country.

I was too hungry to fall asleep. So I just went down to the Kitchen and sawed off a hunk of bakery rye bread, smeared it with butter and nuked it in the micro. Slurp. Sometimes bread makes me so happy.

I wish you were too. We have our usual June trip with the kids and grandkids.

I will really miss meeting up with you guys but by going in August we can almost double the duration of our trip. My dh refuses to even be near there over 4th of July

I put a travel pillow and a larger flannel receiving blanket in my backpack which I take onboard vs a purse. I get chilly on the plane but need the air. The travel pillow about 12x9-ish, I found at Joann Fabric's in their pillow/foam rubber section. At times I've seen them in the infant area of places like Walmart and Target. If I take an early morning flight I like a window seat, put my headphones in, wedge my head between seat, pillow-window and try not to open my eyes again until we land. Rarely do I fall asleep but the rest helps when you're up at 2am.

Jo Ann, Michael's and AC Moore all carry them depending on the size of your local store. If you go to get one check out their sites as they always have coupons. Mostly 40-65% off a single regular priced item

You did great. My thyroid may be out of whack again. I'm gaining and not eating much. I hate having low thyroid. Doctor will tell me next appointment, with the blood tests. I missed my last appointment when my SIL passed. It was unexpected when she chocked to death. It was a blow to me, as she was really a nice "sister". Sorry Doc.

Have you asked your doc about an iodine supplement? They help some people but don't take it without permission with you being on meds.
