SHHHH Don't say anything but my boys are getting the PS4 for Christmas and we've already preordered the R&C game. OMG they are getting wayyyyyy tooooooooo much stuff this year! The only reason they're getting it is my dh got a really good deal, better than black Friday. Next year they'll have Disney memories and hopefully KH3 will be out by then

My son wants a PS4 so he is saving his money...I'm wondering if he'll still want it by the time he has the money for it. Based on his allowance and what he gets for his birthday and Christmas, it will take him another 2 years to save enough! Lucky boys you have!!

We are like you. We try all the new chip flavours just in case. We rarely find one we like but you don't know unless you try, right?

Canada has a long history of chip flavours. I remember visiting the States as a kid and always being amazed at how few flavours there were. I noticed in recent years that this has changed.

Wow...you must have a HUGE selection there, because I miss the broad selection in the states. There's not much choice here.

I moved...that's why I'm 500 thousand pages behind, My grandparents house that they never updated. Still the same 45 minute drive to work even though it's a little farther. I need a job closer to me one day. Between trying to clean the house still, trying to find a gym to go that's cheap month to month because I don't know how long I'll stay. I might do LA Fitness but I heard the one near my house was horrible but it's near my house so it's convenient.

The house should be ready by Christmas cleaning wise.....boxes to throw out. Things to buy (I did buy free shipping Disney Store and Disney App...not all for the house). I got tape off the floor (goo gone) so I have a to re mop. Blah. I'm behind. It would be nice if I didn't have to go into work.

If it wasn't for the new Ratchet and Kingdom Hearts games they wouldn't be getting it either. Well that and the price my dh got on it

My son has been doing similar. He wants a laptop to play minecraft on. It is impressive that he is up to $150 already. He only gets 5 bucks a week plus gifts for occasions.

I think it's different now. I'm sure the States has most of what we have. I'm talking back in the 80s. I remember trying to find ketchup chips while on vacation and there were none to be found. No dill pickle or sour cream and onion or salt and vinegar either. I remember the choices were like plain and BBQ. Years late, Doritos started popping up and they had flavours, as did Pringles. This is just my memory of things and I was a kid. Maybe American has had tons of flavours for a long time and I just wasn't finding what I was looking for.

Just a heads up there are new security measures in the parks. There will be metal detectors and more serious bag searches, no costumes for those over 14 and no toy guns not even water guns.
