No, all is OK, besides that it involved older people and we all know that's not me.
:)

And not to mention, I can't see you as being a passenger in a bus. You're the one who drives buses, not just rides in them! Even if @betty rose thought there might be a slight possibility that you were involved in that mishap, I knew immediately that you were NOT there!! Glad you're safe and having fun on your trip!

Seeing my first memory of it was going all the way up the inside of it was sometime before I started school I thought it had the largest set of stairs in the world. I still have the little statue my grandparents got me on that trip.:joyfull:

Yah, I was little surprised at @JenniferS 's comment, too. I always thought the Statue of LIberty was HUGE. I've also been inside and up those stairs a few times over the years as well. It was fun! :)

You're going to really hate me but until it's done. Seeing the size of them can vary greatly it can be any where from about 30 minutes to about 50 minutes and almost double that time if poked and left whole.

No, I would never hate you. :p

What I will say is that after your cooking explanation, I will never cook one of those stupid things!! Until they find a way to put some spaghetti squash into a small microwave cup, and you can nuke it for 2 minutes or so, there will be no spaghetti squash in my kitchen!

But I thought your farmers market was closed for the season. The ones around here are.
My Saturday one is open until the Saturday before Thanksgiving and my Friday one will be open until the Friday before Thanksgiving and will also be open the day before Thanksgiving.:joyfull::joyfull::joyfull::joyfull: The selection isn't as good now, mostly winter squash, assorted cruciferous veggies, some hardy greens, apples and pears, mushrooms, root veggies, cheese, eggs and some hot house items. The maple syrup person and a local vineyard will be out there also(need a Christmas for one of my neighbors from one of them, thnx for reminding me) It's worth the trip until they close.

@Cesar R M , I just got through all the posts here from last night and early this a.m. looking for your updates on the storm. I also pulled up a few web sites this morning about the hurricane. If I understand this correctly, it somewhat appears as though the worst passed by you (or started to break up in the mountains). The weather men seemed to be reporting from Puerto Vallarta (it was dark outside in the background, so I'm not sure what time they filmed those). You mentioned you were somewhat in that general area, so I just want you to know I was thinking about you this morning, too, and I'm hoping you are safe. I'm also hoping any damage to your area was minimal. If you have power today at home, please let us know if you're still o.k.

I love this. Yellow, and blue are my favorite colors. :joyfull::joyfull::joyfull:

Yellow and blue are pretty together, I agree. Our bedroom colors are yellow and blue. About 7 years ago, I found a pretty Laura Ashley floral comforter in those colors with a little green and white as well. I have light blue drapes with white curtains. I also "had" a pretty blue scatter rug, until the dog decided it was his . . .

Not a bad idea overall, but the amount of money I could kick in at this point (especially with month-end bills), would probably only buy me about a cup of dirt!! Sorry, @MR FERRET , I am not a wealthy island dweller, nor a member of the glitterati like your good self! :D :D
Me either and besides with that amount of money we could all get a nice house and Disney trips for years to come!
