Hahaaa...!
LOVE so many of those old shows. Sooo comforting...! :)

Many I loved and still there were ones that worked on my last nerve. All of the Lucy Shows. I don't find stupid funny. Then there was the Donna Reed Show, also in reruns. Who the heck dressed like that to wash windows? Even some of the Andy Griffith shows were a bit too preachy with teaching lessons to young'ns But for the most part the creativity in storylines was very good. New sitcoms still copy those storylines, gotta love it.

Like pooh, and I don't mean the "silly old bear". I rubbed at my bandage while sleeping and bled a little on my pillow and hand. Put on surgical tape across everything and so far so good. It itches like crazy but I'm not scratching. At least the tape is clear and I don't look that much of a mess.

Oh pooh, I hope it gets better soon. Try not to rub the bandages.

Hoping for you to be well my friend. Is your DD taking good care of you when she is home?

What about Get Smart? By far my favorite old tv comedy.

I'm a big fan of Get Smart too. Funny and had a story line with a tiny bit of suspense. It is one of the few I have slight memory of them being in primetime and my family watching the show. The show my folks never missed when I was young was All in the Family.
My dad was a big Get Smart fan. He bought the first season on DVD so that my brother and I could watch a few episodes. He thought we'd laugh a little and be done with it.

We now have all five seasons on DVD. I've seen every episode at least once; most of them I've seen a shameful amount of times. My brother is even worse.

That show also basically predicted cell phones. Although for the most part, we don't keep them in our shoes.

Little did they know the places people would put those cell phones. :cyclops:
