The Chit Chat Chit Chat Thread

We've all been there. Someone takes something the wrong way and either someone reports your post and you get a warning for a moderator shortly after or someone furthers it with the Rules. It happens. As you are here longer you'll know all the rules, they do vary from website to website and it does get confusing.

Me I learned if I linked something on this particular thread to another disney forum which I didn't know was against the rules I'd get reported. On other threads especially in News area not so much. The moderators can't possibly be everywhere so sometimes we just get conflicting ideas of what is allowed. Some threads are more tolerant than others. You'll tend to see the pattern after a while. I encourage you not to take it personally. There really is a learning curve and it does vary from thread to thread I have found but some things are off limits no matter what thread you are on. {{{Big Hugs}}}
it actually makes you wonder.. why is there someone being a backseat moderator? is someone having a beef again with this thread?

I have found most lamb in the US has a very strong taste that I don't find palatable. I have had lamb in Fine Greek Restaurants and it has a much milder taste and smell. If you are ever to try it come on down to Greek Town and try it there. The other thing is lamb is really pricey here in the US and even the chops are kinda fatty here in the grocery store. You can also find some nice casserole-y dishes with lamb in many higher end Asian restaurants. Thing to keep in mind anyhow is all Lamb is not created equally. Thank the Wild West when the Cattle Ranchers were duking it out. The Lambs lost. We became a country of cattle and I am not sad about that. For the most part I can't stand the smell let alone the taste of most Lamb.
perhaps because they are being fed exactly the same formulas as cows ?

Yep, I try to avoid the laundry soap aisle at the grocery store, and any perfume/cologne departments.
I'm not allergic per se, and it doesn't give me headaches, but, all those smells just annoy me.
Hubby has allergies like me. So none of that stuff. It's scentless laundry detergent. We buy dark clothes, so if the detergent is not great, we add baking soda, and vinegar in the first rinse! ha!
