One of the big things seems to be blood sugar control and to fight off infection like yeast infections. (This is just from google searching. I'm not a doctor.)

I love this, I'm no longer adult onset diabetic, since my dietary changes....glad to hear it's good with blood sugar control. Thank you so much for Googleing it!

It was at the time. I had an uncle who died from a brain tumor. It was torturous for him. I was afraid, but so glad I didn't have a malignant tumor.

My local health food store has organic herbs (not the Colorado type LOL) and spices for the same price as the jar stuff and it tastes much better so I load up on them there. The loose green and black teas I get from Wegmans

My hand feels okay. But I walked outside to go to PT this morning and it was 36 degrees.
When I leave for work in a bit, will need my winter coat. It's only October.

I use real butter for baking. It gives the Christmas cookies a better taste to me. I think people just use what works best for them.
