Good morning, to all you bestest people in the world! We are going back to the mountains for the day...I'm taking the camera and will get a couple pics. Have a great day. Will be back online tomorrow. That's grandpa's dinner out with the kids and grandkids, for his birthday (after the fact). He got to pick so we are going to Long Horn, they have great steaks. I like the baked sweet potatoes with butter, and salad. Yummy.

Ah, we are chicken twins! I also love dark meat and especially Costco's.

I haven't gotten one either, they do look tempting in the grocery store sometimes though.

I am starting to wonder. Am I the only one who buys rotisserie chicken to shred as a cheat for chicken noodle soup?

I've though about doing it but hubby isn't a fan of chicken noodle. So I don't make big batches, he tolerates the stuff out of the box I make.

I do the same thing, I thought I was the only one that ate my "burger less " sandwich. We are in a league of our own, @figmentfan423.

I have been wanting to try using the shredded chicken for enchiladas. I don't have the patience to cook chicken for a recipe, first.

I do that too, or make chicken salad in the summer. Our rotisserie chicken at Costco, sells for 5.00 $. Cheaper than a whole chicken at the grocery.

It is gray and gloomy, here. DS and DH are going to visit a college. DS informed me right before we went out last night, he is supposed to bring fruit to a meeting/party tonight. Of course he isn't around to help with shopping, or chopping.

Sympathy like. Hubby and I are pretty klutzy anymore. So we have a rule, no eats or drinks around the computer. Plus, it gives me a reason to get out of my chair!

its almost 5:00 am here.. I took a gigantic nap earlier in the afternoon (was supposed to sleep 2 hours and I sleep 4 lol)
