Chef State launched Seasons 52 Schaumburg Illinois. He is the one who launched the original Cali Grill in the mid 1990's. Historically he is one of a few Chefs that is credited for making WDW a food destination. His menu at Season's constantly changes depending what is best and available.

I think this is the best misspelling of his name I've seen so far.

But I loved him as Khan, although I haven't seen Wrath of Khan yet. I love Ricardo Montalban, too, but if his acting in it is anything like on Fantasy Island then I suspect there's a little overacting there as well.

Thanks, like I said, he doesn't melt down this badly frequently, but when he does...ugh. When he does it at home, I go to my room and lock the door because otherwise, he will find me and I will be targetted. Thankfully, I've never had to handle a meltdown in the parks. He tends to save his worst behavior for our parents.

When we flew down here, our flight was delayed by an hour, and we just sat there on the plane. He was with me, and my parents were pretty far behind us. I put on a movie, insisted he watch, and he nagged me a bit, but not tok badly. I think with my parents, he would have melted down. I've had to deal with meltdowns on my own, but not to the same degree my parents must deal with them.

Good morning all. We had the predicted heavy rains, over 2 inches in 30 minutes. No damage, just crazy to see all that rain so quick.

Its like the clouds gets Taco bell, followed by giant gas (thunders) and then explosive diarrhoea (insane rains).

in other news.. I had a lot of trouble sleeping (wee nature.. 6th day in a row we had heavy thunderstorm and rains between 2 and 4 am.. then nothing.. )
then I got in one hell of a row of dreams.. including one nightmare where a weird creature was inserting a giant needle in my neck.
That was not the worst part.. right when he inserted the needle, my vibrating alarm clock (for deaf) was triggered at max power. Giving me one hell of a scare/jolt!!! (9:00 am .. go figure)

Sometime it can be difficult to live with somebody who has autism when they melt down. My ds runs and hides for the most part when he's melting down. I'm lucky it doesn't happen often.

Whacking on the head. I have no idea why he does it. He hits us when he melts down; I think because he can't express what he's feeling.

Today is better so far. We are going to Studios. However, he for some reason wants us to go over to the other resort before going to DHS. So we are at MK waiting for the bus and then will go to Studios. Given how much time we waste with him, thank goodness for DAS.
