Funny how we've all had so many different experiences at Sci-Fi.
We've eaten there on every WDW trip since it's existence, and although it's by no means the best, we've never had a bad meal there. :)

I don't think the different experiences are specific to Sci-Fi even though we have stopped going there, better food elsewhere in the World.
I found Via Napole to be hit or miss now, LeCellier the same. Me, Tony's seems to get worse and Melrose became hit or miss just like
San Angels Inn. Coral was great then bad and my last few trips after many years of not going I love it again. Sometimes I think it really has to do with both the management and individual chef with their own standards. I loved Cali grill for years and when the Chef bolted several years later he landed at a fine new restaurant in Northern IL. It was like going Home just not $150 a head. Win Win

Sympathy like.

I'm gonna' try to tiptoe here, but, it's probably not gonna' work... :cyclops:
Anyway, I love the fact that my DWifey doesn't "need" me, but, she "wants" me.
If I dropped right now, she'd go on just fine in regards to taking care of business and life. And, in a heartbeat, she could easily find another partner, when she is ready. One of the reasons I knew she was the one for me. I don't do "needy".
If it were me, I would have given you a high five and a hug.
And, no impunement of your hubby intended at all...I do understand his reaction.
It's just not my style.

OK...
So that was probably more like a stomp than a tiptoe...

I love that you can tiptoe too!

Funny you should say that. I was just looking at @StarWarsGirl95 's photo of the monorail in front of SSE, and I sort of sighed . . . gee, I wish I was there . . . :(

But the good thing is that she's there and we can all vicariously live through her fun, with her pictures and commentary. :)
I wish I could share more with you, but between my bad thumb (slow typing, unless I'm bad and take the brace off), carpy Disney Wifi, and today, the weather, just harder to share more. :(

Kind of. Some people liked them some didn't. I was cooking them for over an hour and a half so I didn't want to eat many. I tried one and it was pretty good.

Questions????

Do you flavor the homemade ones?

Do they taste better homemade than the store bought ones? Mostly my opinion of the couple times I tried them I needed to spat them out. The draw on the commercial ones is lost on me.

I woke to down pouring rain this morning...highway to other end of town I couldn't freak'n see where I was going and people were flying by going 70. Crazies. It broke after lunch, amen. Did it rain there a lot today? How is the hand feeling? Any better?

@figmentfan423 They've updated DAS a bit, so in case you're not up-to-date, I'll give you a quick run down.

The DAS is now integrated with you MB/pass. You still go to guest relations to register, but it is electronic, now. Everyone will need to go with you to Guest Relations to register (or you will have to grab everyone's tickets/MBs), as they add individuals to the DAS. You can add and remove people as needed (for instace, we have friends who live down here and visit us. We can add them when they come and remove them later. You must go to GR to do so). The CM at GR told us that you can add a pretty decent number of people, more than the paper DAS.

When you want to get a ride, someone who is registered on the DAS (not necessarily the person who needs it) can go to the ride they want or to a FP kiosk (you'll need to talk to the CM with the iPad) and they will give you a return time. You can view the return time through MDE, but cannot select rides through the app. When you return to the attraction, the person with the DAS should tap his/her band first. The sensor will flash blue, and the CM will grant access. Then, everyone else may tap their bands and go through.

Any changes to the DAS must be done at GR.

In the event that the system is malfunctioning, they will believe you when you say you have the DAS and will give you a reentry ticket instead.

Lunch today was Cajun Shrimp over pasta.
