Heh, heh . . . those are good ideas; think I'll suggest all of them! ;)

The part that amazes me about all this, is that after so many years, you think you know someone. I had just assumed I was being a pest whenever I'd ask him to help fix the tv. (He's always working on something, and I have to interrupt him if the tv needs to be fixed.) That's why I finally tried it myself, to give him a break. Little did I know that he actually liked fixing the tv for me . . .

Anyway, there's still tons of things that he likes fixing, that I would never attempt such as: the car, the washing machine, the computers, electrical circuit box in the basement, etc. I'm sure all those will make him feel "needed" again!

The site won't let me like this post...yet again...so I'm "liking" it in this reply.
Take that jacked-up site...!

Sci Fi was fun until the day that I went in alone, sat alone and at the end of the meal I got the bill for my food and the five people that were sitting in front of me. Apparently, I had asked them for Ketchup when I couldn't get the attention of the waitress (very busy day). She did manage to see that happen and assumed that we were together. Not sure why she decided that I was the one that was going to pay the bill though.

Anyway it did work itself out and was fine in the end and the food was OK, but, it took so long that I was into about the 20th cycle (or more) of the previews before I got to get out of there.

On page 2014 (right here in the Chit Chat thread), WDW Magic (post 40270) suggested sharing any problems up in the Forum Help & Annoucements thread. Chances are, you're probably not the only one experiencing certain glitches, and maybe if other people read about your issues, they may also respond.

My knowledge of computers is very limited, but I do know that sometimes if enough people respond to an issue, a "pattern" might develop, and maybe that might give the clue to the solution. I hope all this gets resolved for you.

Sympathy like.

I'm gonna' try to tiptoe here, but, it's probably not gonna' work... :cyclops:
Anyway, I love the fact that my DWifey doesn't "need" me, but, she "wants" me.
If I dropped right now, she'd go on just fine in regards to taking care of business and life. And, in a heartbeat, she could easily find another partner, when she is ready. One of the reasons I knew she was the one for me. I don't do "needy".
If it were me, I would have given you a high five and a hug.
And, no impunement of your hubby intended at all...I do understand his reaction.
It's just not my style.

OK...
So that was probably more like a stomp than a tiptoe...
I think your response was very diplomatic and sweet. It nice to have another man's perspective.

My bad experiences consisted of slow service too. I didn't get someone else's bill but I did have to sit through that reel for a long time. I'm thinking it was over 1.5 hours. I should have said something but it was my first time at WDW and I felt bad for the server. He was very bad.
