Did you get him a new chair (if you replaced the Coleman), or did you buy him a small sofa so that he could lounge out even more? :p Doggies like their comfort, you know!

Walt for years was the only Pup I owned that was ever allowed on the sofa. I had hurt my back earlier that year when we got him and I could not lay flat. I spent 1 1/2 years prop up on the sofa to sleep. My DH would take the pup out of his crate in the morning and when he'd leave for work and I was awake and give me him. He grew and I'd have to fight him for the sofa. Back healed, crate went away he still slept on sofa. I remodeled the living room and got all new furniture and I didn't want him on it. He got the idea quickly and obeyed but he wasn't amused. I bought him a new bed for the living room and he loved it, a compromise we seemed to agree on. I got something he got something.

Walt is taller and much longer than most labs. His Dad was even larger and his Mom was large for a female too. Walt just flatly outgrew his Coleman. It was my son and friends that drank in my Gazebo and crashed in my family room that started it. When he moved to Florida it all kinda faded away. He loved being with the gang. With us he was just as happy to sit on his memory foam bath rug I put out on the patio for him. Right now he is curled up with me in the middle of the bed. Yes he has his own pillow his head is upon as I don't share well.

I honestly feel more outrage on anchors who manipulate the news to help some specified agenda.
I mean.. they somehow can turn a French scandal into a "blame obama" news.

Hell, they even blamed Obama for the Russian Meteor!!!.

I am old enough to remember when news was reporting of facts and opinions and agendas were specified as editorials during news broadcasts. I miss that. Now I need to sort the facts from the blah blah blah. Tiring. .

THNX! I'm really wondering if the hoppers are going to be needed. But if we wind up doing WC the same day as DHS it might be better to finish the night at MKI wish there were more decent places to eat in DHS

I hope they fix the food at the Studios. They just can't seem to get past blah to icky in too many venues. We generally eat at Starring Rolls which the sandiches would fill your growing boys or Prime Time that also have mega servings for growing boys for an TS choice. Most times we avoid eating at the Studios all together. I really hate the food court by Rock'n and so not a fan of Pizza Planet, like the concept but the frozen pizza they purchase from the Chicago vendor, well it is just that, low budget frozen pizza.

Me, I always always get hoppers. I love the freedom to hop elsewhere if a park is overcrowded or we need a change, meal elsewhere or end the day with the park that is open late. I'd take less TS meals over giving up my hopping. We often end most days with MK as it open late many days and is most likely to have its hours extended unexpectedly.

Wow, that is a long time. Good thing you had Walt to keep you company. :inlove:

For the most part, it's great! Weather has improved (cooler, lower humidity), enjoyed walking outdoors, went to beauty parlor, shopping, etc. Friday night, we went out to eat (seafood). :hungry:

So, here's one of those odd dilemmas . . . ever try to do something nice and it absolutely backfires?

Well, this afternoon, we had a brief electrical storm and the satellite went out. I always ask hubby to help me fix the tv when that happens (which actually isn't all that often, that the signal goes out).

Hence, I thought I'd try to fix it myself this time and surprise him. I fumbled around with the remote and also soft-booted the receiver twice. Nothing. Then I completely unplugged the receiver from the wall for about 5 minutes and replugged it in. Direct TV went through its diagnostics and voila! The got the tv back on again! :) I was so excited, that I ran upstairs to tell hubby that I fixed it all by myself.

He paused for a moment, and then said, "You used to ask me to fix it for you. Guess I'm not needed anymore." He looked sad. Ugh. Now I feel like a crumb . . .
That's so sweet. I guess I should love how much my boys need me LOL:hilarious:
