Thanks! Even though I'm sad about no more WDW and my vacation time is almost over, I'm happy to be home where there's more "space to breathe", in spite of this morning's feud. I'll be sure to alert all of you when I post my TR, although it won't be as entertaining as Buddy's. Now THAT was a TR! :p
Yes his was amazing, I'd almost be ashamed of posting one after that! Mine could never live up to his. I don't think my liver could either:hilarious:

Heh, heh . . . I loved Buddy's trip report; he is so funny! :hilarious:

But everyone's TR is interesting, because each person has his/her own unique slant on the attractions, food, crowds, travel, etc. I wouldn't want to read the same type of report from everyone, as that would be boring. And, by reading what others have experienced, opens up a whole new world to myself and others; there may be hidden treasures that we may have missed--until reading someone else's TR, you know? ;)
^^^^^^Ding, ding, ding winner, winner chicken dinner!

Thanks! DD is 7. She did better on this trip than the one 4 years ago in regard to going on more rides, but the heat definitely did not agree with her (unless we were in the pool or water park)! Everywhere we went she was either too hot or too cold.
That's Florida though. Too hot outside. Absolutely freezing inside - be it rides, shows, restaurants, any hotel room shared with men ....

Haha! I bet! Today we got some relief as it only reached about 90 but it will be back to 97+ they said the next 7-10 days. Tomorrow heat indexes will be about 107-110. Your used of this as well I'm sure. :)
Pleas send some heat my way! My summer has been way to cool and rainy. I'm getting a break from the rainy but I need some warm! Just send the bill when it's shipped. THNX

At The Disney Store, when It came to gift cards, we never got credit for selling/loading (at one point, anywhere from $5-$1500) the actual gift card itself. In other words, it didn't count for us in our hourly sales figures that we recorded on our KPI (Star Card) sheet.
But, when someone used it in a purchase at our Store, we got the hourly sales credit.
So, no particular Store/location got credit for the sale of the card, but, whichever Store, resort, Park, etc. Guests redeemed amounts of the card at did get the sales credit.
THNX for letting me know that. Now I won't feel guilty about buying discounted gift cards

I love Vegas! Relaxing by the pool, eating at all the restaurants, gambling, clubbing. It's definitely an adult Disneyland for me! We took our DD there last year and she loved it, too! We stayed at the Signature, which is part of MGM, and a great place for families because they have 1-bedroom suites with full kitchens, plus you have access to the MGM pools and it's away from the strip so much quieter. And it can be very affordable, too.
That sounds like fun. Vegas is pretty far down on my bucket list of places to visit. Although maybe it could be worked into our cross county road trip. After next year's blow out we're not going to Florida for a while as CC Road Trip and Europe have been calling our names for quite some time.

Thanks for info.

And yeah, that one bathroom thing not good. At POR & FQ I had been known over those 2 week vacations to sneak out of the room and just go down by the pool and use the showers/bathroom there while everyone else was bustling around the hotel room. Thedouble sinks were helpful there and once they added the curtains/doors in the moderates to separate the sink area from bed area life became so much easier for the 4 of us in a hotel room in the morning and night.
I admire you, I could never do 2 weeks in one room. I'd need money for bail because at some point I'd lose it and just start yelling get out the :brb: bathroom. With my NY area accent somebody would be scared and call security!:hilarious:

I'm also not a huge fan of PP *hides behind Gabe1* - I did like the shadow part in the queue, which we only waited in once and had FPs the other times during our trip. Although DD was hesitant to go on it at first, it turned out to be one of her faves.

However, I do love Tiki, but understand why others may not. I don't know if it's simply nostalgia, but I really enjoy the songs and cheesy script! :D
I don't either hides behind @Gabe1 and @catmom46. I love me some Tiki birds also

There was a news item the other day where a college student found herself without the money to pay her tuition for a semester. She had been given the money, but, spent it on just about everything she saw. She publicly blamed her parents for not teaching her to budget. Apparently, no one had taught her math either.

Apparently, no one had taught her any consideration for others, either. She sounds like a very self-centered, selfish individual.

Hee-hee, I loved wearing my Magic Band! I even wore it all the way home - the flight attendant commented on how much he loved it, too.

Actually, I despise the bands. I'll never wear one. For as long as I can still get the plastic card, I'll do that. If they get rid of those, I'll end up putting the band in my purse, which will take up room and I'm not happy about that either.

As long as they keep the band an "option" for people, I'm o.k. with that. Glad you enjoyed yours. Some people like them.

I'm still figuring how she blew through an entire semester's tuition. Even at a community college it's a pretty penny. I must be very cheap er um frugal. I never pay bust out retail or almost never (some stuff from Forever 21's basic's shop doesn't count)
