For me, since I was bored as hell.. I went to see Ant Man.. easily the best Marvel movie of the year.
Very similar in comedy as Iron man 1 and 2. With hilarious action.
Id say its the most light headed movie of all the Marvel ones..
And introduces a few things.

You definitively MUST wait until the credits roll. Because the extra scene is very important.

Maybe take some Advil or aspirin (NSAIDS help inflammation to go down). A few weeks ago, I was walking through the woods and twice I twisted my left ankle, which in turn messed up my left knee. It's still not right yet. So, to recap, that's you, @JenniferS and me that are currently on the disabled list. (I suppose no one else wants to join us? )

Logging off to really tidy up the house. Hubby just called and his brother is in town today (visiting from Colorado--a last minute trip), and guess who invites him over in a FEW MINUTES . . . The place is not company cleaned, hubby didn't also wash the pots and pans in the sink like he promised he would this morning, and I have to run and put on nicer clothes. They were supposed to just go out to lunch in Boston, but his brother thought it would be "fun" to surprise me AT HOME in a few minutes??!!! I don't like surprises!

surprise him back by having BOTH BROTHERS clean YOUR HOME lol

I was going to say the only Marvel movie and then I remembered about the Avengers 2. I'll see both someday. I liked Iron Man 1 and 2. Iron Man 3, not so much. Surprisingly, I loved both Captain America 1 and 2.

Has anyone checked out all the picture from Shanghai Disney. I'm sure we all seen a few here and there. The park look huge and amazing but I would never go to China unless I have to.

I did not have any Bass while I was over there. I can get Bass and Guinness at my local grocery store so I wanted to try beer that was local or unique to that pub. Honestly, last time I had a Guinness I didn't care for it but that was a long time ago and I have learned to like darker beers in the last couple years. I might have to give it another go.

Same here. I can get Bass and Guinness (as well as plenty of other UK/Irish brands like Harp - also brewed by Guinness - Belhaven, Newcastle, etc.) right around the corner. I'd be tryin' the different stuff, too...!

Betty Rose, you often get upset over misunderstandings that really aren't misunderstandings.

For the most part, everyone here gets along. If someone is legitimately pi$$ed at you, you'll know. Relax dear lady, and enjoy the comraderie.

I only skimmed your exchange (the alien one, right?), and I never got the sense that Cesar was upset.

Stop upsetting yourself and go take care of that hip.

I got it... she's on the top row far right. She's a boy in this picture. I don't think she is in the front row because except for the kid with the red hat no one seemed to have freakishly huge hands. Also, and this is the honest truth, she hinted to dressing herself as if it would be obvious and I frankly didn't see where any of them were out of bounds dress wise. Perhaps @JenniferS is posting pictures of random school kids.

Sorry MinnieM123. Hubby's parents liked to surprise him on Saturday morning when I was working....after a full 40 hours, plus 4 on week-end. The house was usually in terrible disorder. That's hard for you.

Thank you. You understand where I'm coming from with this. Believe me, I'm the last person to be a neat freak, but I do like to make sure the place looks nice and presentable, if company comes over. It's a sign of respect to the company and also to yourself. Hubby sometimes doesn't quite grasp that. I also had piles of folded laundry on the chairs in the livingroom, Sunday newspaper spread in sections on the sofa, etc. (When you have a small place, even a few things out of order make the whole place look cluttered; it's not like we have an extra room or closet to just throw things in quickly.) So, I ended up running around like a crazy woman trying to neaten up the place, when initially, I thought I had the whole afternoon to finish at my leisure.

Regardless, I enjoyed his brother's visit (he's hilarious), and they asked me to join them and another cousin who drove up to the city this weekend, for dinner. I declined; they just left here about 20 minutes ago. By the time they get back into Boston and have dinner, talk a blue streak to one another, etc., they won't be out of there until after midnight. I get up at 4:30 a.m. on work mornings, so I passed. (If it was Saturday night, I would have joined them.)
