Good morning!Yup, I think you were stuck on PeopleMover, and I was stuck under POTC. Could not move. The storms there get bad, but that one was unusual.

We were the first through our gate several times last trip. Marvelous! First on line for ETWB!How awesome is that feeling when you're one of the first people through the gates.![]()
MorningGood morning!
Yes but I, unlike you have been up for over 8 hours! LOL so it's morning for you and mid-day for me!Morning
(although in 20 minutes it'll be good afternoon...)
Even though I have only done rope drop twice in all my years of travel there, it does feel good to walk in and walk on so many attractions. However, that feeling reverses when I end up being one of the first people to leave because I'm exhausted. So it's a trade off. I think rope drop, for the sake of seeing rope drop is an at least one time must do. After that it's just to get on the grounds earlier. So not worth it to me anymore. How awesome is that feeling when you're one of the first people through the gates.![]()
For us it's both rope drop and close the parks! I am impressed with the new Legoland Hotel with all the reviews, videos and photos that have spilled out from the Media event. The offerings, decor and rooms are imagineered so nicely for all those kids that are addicted to Lego's like my DD was. She would have loved staying at this resort years ago.

Legoland needed to put out there a competitive resort to make it in the Disney/Uni market and it seems they rose to challenge. They knew their target audience. The family suites are themed to nicely.
*Thinks back* to all the money spent on Lego's over those years.![]()
I do envy, in a way, people that can do that, I cannot and never could, even when I was young. In fact, I used to stretch out my road trips from Vermont over 2.5 days and 2 nights simply because I didn't want to expend all my energy just getting there and then be to tired to enjoy it. (I take that back, I did do it in 2 days and 1 night a couple of times, but, it took a day to recover.) Being a professional driver, I am pretty intense and concentrating at the task of getting there and back safely, so, frankly for me, it takes a lot out of me. I've always had problems with my feet and they are the first body part to interfere with my fun. When they start to pain me, it's all over Jack. Then all I can think about is getting back to the hotel and resting the dogs. For us it's both rope drop and close the parks! I'll sleep when I'm back at home!![]()
I actually got up at around 9:30 today. So I've been up for a bit over two hoursYes but I, unlike you have been up for over 8 hours! LOL so it's morning for you and mid-day for me!

I have no idea what it is.. I went to sleep at 4:00 am again.. curse insomnia.Yes but I, unlike you have been up for over 8 hours! LOL so it's morning for you and mid-day for me!

Not 8. That is insane. But you probably also go to bed earlier than me. If I woke up at 4 am, I would have gotten three hours of sleep.
Long story short, my mom wasn't around a lot when we were growing up so the youngest sister feels as if my mom "owes" her everything. Are you kidding?
Even if (God forbid) she had had a stroke, why would your sister think she could raid your mom's stuff?
Outrageous!
I got your point.SWG and I have been on the same side in the GAC/DAS debates against people who think the programs are too generous. But if we say things like "who needs rope drop" it will only fuel resentment against DAS and those who use it. I'm sure she got my point even though you didn't.
DD has unlimited energy, she always had. When I brought her home from the hospital, she only took an afternoon nap. It was very short. She can still go with unlimited energy. Me, I've never had that much energy. Anyway, rope drop does get us in when it's a tad cooler. So that helps with the June trips.Even though I have only done rope drop twice in all my years of travel there, it does feel good to walk in and walk on so many attractions. I forgot that I had pudding cups ... so, crisis averted! Now I'm in the mood for some chocolate! The really dark stuff! (no dairy or refined sugar) gee I'm boring!
My hubby has the same problem feet.I do envy, in a way, people that can do that, I cannot and never could, even when I was young. I don't sleep until 11 am every day when I don't have school like I did back when I was in high school. On weeks like this, when I'm pretty much to bed between 12-1 am and I don't have to wake up super early, 9-9:30 is a good time. That's early for you isn't it? I get up work out, make lunches, get the boys fed and have to get the first person out the door by 6:15.
