While this series is not as good as last one, Broadchurch still stabs your heart, twist it and then stomps all over it.

Hubby's a boxer (no, not pro or anything, but it's his sport), and one of his chummies signed up for the pay-view ($100) of the match tonight. A bunch of the guys are going over to his house. He told me it's a full card, so he's guessing the main event may not be until around midnight-ish (Eastern). They're all rooting for Pacquiao.

Yea I want Pacquiao to win also.

No, it was just a continuation of your discussion with Betty Rose. Additional information that she might not have known, so to speak. So the answer was directed toward everybody, your post was just the catalyst for the discussion. We must find a word in the english language that is not so vaguely specific as the word "you". It has the joint duty of being all encompassing and seemingly specific at the same time. For example, if I were to say "you would not believe how good looking I am". That means I am proudly announcing that the world and every "you" on the planet is included in that informational piece. I will admit though that that little three letter word, has cause a lot of misunderstandings, especially on the internet.

We still have a drive-in just a couple miles down the road from my house. $12 a vehicle for two feature films.

We've got 3 drive-in theatres/7 screens all within 45 minutes of here.
Sadly, we haven't been in a few years ... after more than a decade of going 20-30 times/season.

I'm not a big fan of Ghirardelli's ice cream and sundaes but the one with peanut butter was fairly decent. It's too bad for the fans of that sundae, especially sad if it make Beaches and Cream more crowded with people trying to get their peanut butter and ice cream fix. I love the No Way Jose at Beaches and Cream.

I rarely turn on the A/C in the summer, I love the heat. I will turn on fan for sleeping at night though. Hubby wants the A/C on though. When it gets super hot here in Wisconsin I just think briefly of winter and those sub zero days and just try to soak up the heat.

Apparently it's a thing - the first Saturday in May, which is really too early to do in gardening in Canada ... so, one more reason I'm out.
