They had unsweetened tea on the cruise but it was a powder mixture.![]()
Here's our trip outline for next summer. Day one drive to Ga and get some sleep. Day 2 KSC, Day 3 Astronaut Hall of fame grab provisions maybe a quick stop in DTD and check into condo. 2 or 3 days Universal. Here's where I'm not sure what to do. 9 park days, 3 MK with BOG, CP and the plaza, 3 EPCOT days not sure about dining, 2 DHS days HBD Fantasmic dining and one AK day, plus add the water parks or just do 10 park days. Either way we'll take 2 days "off" DTD and outlet shopping. What do you think so far?
Yes, sir... Most every pasture area has gigantic salt licks out there for the cattle. Or at least they used to be, someone has probably decided that it's giving cows high blood pressure and have banned it.
Never mind about the hate the no hips thing. By 6th grade I got to wear the cool clothes from the juniors dept.
It did have that unique sound.Woof! I haven't worn bell-bottoms SINCE the 70's.![]()

I always remember the sound of the legs flappin' against each other as people walked.![]()
THNX I really missed being on this sight after a few of my friends were run off!
I already am, love the niceness on here!
It did have that unique sound.Just like cordouroy pants. Remember those?
I liked cords, especially Levi. Once they were washed they were so soft and comfy to wear.
Unfortunately, they did have a tendency to shrink up after washing. And if you made the mistake of hemming them before the first wash, you were stuck with a discolored "old" hemline when you let them down.
I was in elementary school during the bellbottom days. I remember playing on the swingset and when you really got going and stuck your legs out going forward, the pant legs would fill with air.I was in high school in the late 70's and by then my junior high years of bell bottoms had passed on bye. I can remember having to carry a rubberband for the ankle so those pants didn't get stuck in the chain of my bicycle.
Such bold colors too. I had hot pink ones and a striped shirt in the boldest of colors to go with the hot pink pants in Jr High.
I didn't have hips, still don't have hips. Made hip huggers just want to fall off.![]()
I'm back again for a brief moment, I want to say very sincere thank you for being so kind to me. I love your spirit...(not the spirit in the other thread) , if that was to unkind, please forgive me. I promise I will not try to over stay my welcome on here...it's so nice to see that there are truly kind, forgiving people on here. xoxo to all of you...Now I really have to fix dinner.I told my mom "Look how much money you're saving by not going to the salon."![]()
Or accused of wearing "floods".Unfortunately, they did have a tendency to shrink up after washing. And if you made the mistake of hemming them before the first wash, you were stuck with a discolored "old" hemline when you let them down.
Red Green, is that you?My Dad was a Commercial Insulation Contractor. I was addicted to Duct Tape long before it became vogue.
Hemming jeans with Duct Tape that didn't budge was God Sent. Then after washed enough times they either were the correct length or safe to hem.
Decades ago I should have written a book on the many uses for Duct Tape.
Sounds like you're going to have a great time. Here's our trip outline for next summer. Day one drive to Ga and get some sleep. Thanks. I will if I have a question. It's not so much the content as it is the sheer amount of work. This is the professor who gives so much work that she can't keep up with all of the grading. You know you can hit me up if you need help.
I like those socks too.I love my different colored striped socks but there starting to wear out and I can't find more like them.

Thanks and I will. That's how I did it 11/1-11/11. So much easier to remember things and post daily.
I look forward to your updates.
