Camo, ammo, and jerky. You definately would fit in up here in Wisconsin!!!! :) I can drive over to Green Bay and they have Cabela's, Gander Mountain, ****'s, and Fleet Farm. Everything you need for outdoors fun. Oh, and jerky too!

Same for me on my side of the state in Wisconsin, and there is a locally owned sporting goods store all within about 45 minutes on either side of me!

Tim Conway was often ad-libbing (while on camera!) and would completely crack up the others!

Another of my favorites.

So I decided to switch this show on. The Royals, that started a couple weeks ago. I curious because, naturally, England, but I would never watch it to begin with. Sleazy but all British cast and shots of London = :hungry::bawling::D:angelic:

What the smileys mean:

!st one - British accents and London scenery
2nd one - I want to live there
3rd one - self explanatory
Last one - I think you can figure that out.

Phew! I am so glad that I am not the only one. It was on a list of recommended viewing for when I took screenwriting (similar to a summer reading list, we had a summer viewing list). I chose it because we had it. I had the DVD subscription to Netflix at the time. Should have gotten something else from that list.

My screenwriting teacher didn't get it. I told him that Scarlett's a b*tch the entire way through and she never changes or gets better; just so selfish that it drove me crazy. He challenged me to find a movie where a woman changes. @JenniferS would have been proud of me; I immediately said Titanic. He shrugged, told me I was right, and walked away.

It's funny, 'cause I have always looked at the character of Rose as someone who didn't "change", per se, but as someone who finally acknowledged and joyfully accepted her real self. She was never made to seem comfortable with her original station in life. A change on the surface, yes, but, in her heart, she was always the later Rose, to me anyway.
And, I'm not agreeing with your prof, I just think it goes a little deeper than that. :)

I would have complained partway through the semester about that professor. Heck, if this were my home school, I'd complain, but can one really complain when one is essentially taking a class there for free? Not really.

I'd say, oh yes you are entitled to complain. It doesn't matter to me who is or isn't takin' the class for "free", that slacker needs to be doin' her job.
