Oh and yesterday we had severe thunderstorms and tornado warnings. I ended up staying in DC later than planned to wait it out because it scooted by there.

This morning was Audrey’s Cowboy Coffee at her school, like Emmy’s was a coupla’ years ago at that same wonderful school…!!!

This cracks me up…!!!!!

The rest just warms my heart, and yes, Audrey has transition lenses, and I can’t even come up with the right words to describe how much I LOVE my wonderful granddaughter’s…!!!!!!!!!!!

I've often found that our local meteorologists, who've been at this consistently for years, always seem to report the local forecast correctly (about 85% of the time). I think the local connection provides more insight into how "our" region usually responds to various weather indicators.

Yep.

I think I know what happened to Apple's weather prediction. Somehow someone from Apple mistaken where I live is part of the up north part of the state instead of the 2 to 4 inches we are supposed to get.

The Snow Capital of Wisconsin is one of the places up north that could be getting up to 2 feet of snow. The snow capital already has 141 inches since November 1st.
