They don't, but it doesn't matter. I was there for the artic blast. They acted like it was the end of the world. 🤣
Considering I work the night shift I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or a bad thing the front of house air conditioner at work is broken. Up side: it’s super hot.
Down side: it’s super hot.

That was something that used to make me smile when I lived in Vermont. Every year I took my vacation at the end of February into March and with the exception of one day***, in all those years, I always went to the parks with shorts and T-shirt. I would arrive to see the CM's with parka's, mittens and knit hats and were still shivering. They couldn't believe that I wasn't even looking uncomfortable. After all it was a blazing 48 degrees after leaving -25 degrees when I left Vermont.

Not so funny anymore since I moved to North Carolina where it is always a tad warmer then what I was once used too. Not to mention age has diminished my circulation now to the point I have taken to wearing long pants and moderate weight jacket when it gets down below 50 degrees here. However, I have set a standard for when the shorts reappear and the jacket stays in the closet and that is 50 degrees.
I think that was 2001. It was the during the celebration of Walt's 100th birthday year. I remember it being very cold the day I went to DHS to see the monstrosity of a ginormous ugly hate that blocked the view of the Great Movie Ride. I don't know what the temperature really was but I do remember it being so cold and windy that I just left the parks and went back to my hotel room. That was a first for me.
