What I feel like today

Since my Hormone Therapy that went along with the Radiation Therapy, that is how I feel everyday as of late. I still have two and a half months left until the Hormone shot stops working and I can start to have my body go back in balance. At my age I don't think I'll ever get back to pre-hormone shot but hopefully I will feel a little less tired and weak and get back that bounce in my step. However, with my lifetime negativity there is a good chance that the only bounce will be when my belly hits the floor as I do a faceplant from tripping over a tree leaf. Life do get tedious sometimes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I replied to that post three page back and never expected my Debbie Downer post to follow up a joyous discussion about the birth of a cute footed little angel. Sorry, but just move along to more upbeat topics. Today I will be celebrating the 14th birthday of my youngest Granddaughter and the Graduation from NC State of my oldest Granddaughter. So a lot of things are still good like I'm still here to be there for both.

You also get to do that if you assume an auntie/uncle role
Kids don't have to belong to siblings...
Much better than having your own; you spoil them and give them back.
Although I never thought I'd have to tell a kid not to climb his grandmother's china cabinet...

That is true due to how I remembered my mom's late uncle. My younger brother and I had a grandson/grandfather relationship with him. His brother aka our grandfather died of a medical problem when my Mom was 11 years old and our great uncle wanted to be that grandfather figure as a result.

I had a lot of fund memories including him taking my younger brother and I for ice cream in Door Country.
